How do I upload images and videos to the forum?

Imgur is acting up on me again... I can't get this image to load no matter what I try.

Thanks, really solid advice on that 640 option via Imgur

Some of these images just won't load, man. I read somewhere that hitting F5 is supposed to kick them into gear, but honestly, nothing is happening on my end.
How the hell am I supposed to get them to open?

Greetings! 👋
I trust I have come to the right corner of the internet with this inquiry 🕺

Is there any way to embed an animated file that includes audio—essentially an .mp4—directly into a post so that it plays automatically? Ideally, I would love for the visual and the sound to trigger immediately without requiring anyone to click an external link.
I am quite familiar with posting standard GIFs, so that part is no trouble at all.

Thank you all in advance for your assistance!
