How do I upload images and videos to the forum?

Look, you can actually get flagged or even receive a formal warning for this because it's poor formatting; by jamming images side-by-side like that, you're violating our size constraints. They’re just crammed together without any breathing room.
The proper way to handle a post is to hit the enter key twice after an image before adding the next one.
That way, they stack vertically with decent spacing instead of being stuck together like this.

Of course there's an option, but it isn't on Imgur; it's right here on the forum.

On Imgur, you need to grab the other URL—it's called the "Direct link."
When you're making a post here on the forum, just click the image icon located above the text box.



Then, in the little window that pops up, you just paste that direct link you copied.

Just make sure that on Imgur you always set the image size to 800x600, because anything larger than that isn't allowed.

That’s exactly the problem. I’m getting six different links for six different images, but even after I copy the column or line and paste it in, the images just won't show up. This isn't just a one-off either; I'm talking about trying to upload multiple images at once. I haven't wasted my time testing them one by one yet.

You can't batch-upload to the Forum via Imgur like that; you have to insert them one at a time. There is a detailed tutorial here.

There is an option for that on Imgur, but even then, it won't display the full-sized image, just a thumbnail. You have to select the "Forum (1)" setting.

It honestly feels incredibly foolish that image rendering is disabled by default for everyone; people end up wasting countless hours over the years because nobody bothers to tell them they need to head into Settings and toggle on View Images.
