to help with rapid eyelash growth. A whole bunch of my girlfriends have tried it themselves, and honestly, it worked wonders for them; their lashes ended up looking way thicker and noticeably longer.

Give that article a read and see what you think.

What I'm actually wondering about is... what kind of symptoms or actual medical issues could this be linked to? Is nobody else picking up on that?

Go see your primary care doctor first and have them write you a referral for a dermatologist. It could be anything—hormonal imbalances, seborrheic dermatitis, maybe just a vitamin or mineral deficiency...

I can't believe this... does nobody here actually have any experience with this?

I don't really get what you want someone to write for you here. 🤷

I dealt with this exact same mess—hair, lashes, eyebrows, the whole nine yards—but I have hypothyroidism, so my thyroid levels are all over the place. Nothing surprising there.

I actually had my TSH, T3, and T4 levels checked recently... everything came back normal. Did you find out you had an issue through those same tests? And more importantly, have your brows and lashes finally grown back yet?

I’m dealing with a massive issue regarding my eyebrows. For over three months now, they’ve been thinning out, leaving these increasingly noticeable gaps behind. I’ve never dealt with anything like this before, let alone something this intense.
I’ve already consulted three different dermatologists, but it feels like they’re all just guessing; they poke around and then ultimately chalk it up to stress. While I definitely went through a stressful period, I don’t feel like I’m under that kind of pressure anymore, yet the hair loss hasn't stopped. I’ve gone through every blood test and diagnostic imaginable, and everything comes back perfectly normal. Still, the eyebrows keep falling out.
I’m curious if anyone else here has faced this exact situation—did you eventually see any signs of regrowth after some time, or am I better off just buying an eyebrow pencil and accepting that I'll be drawing them on from now on?

Hello, I have a question regarding my eyebrows.
To be specific—there is one spot on my left eyebrow where hair almost entirely fails to grow(roughly 1cm from the center of the brow). When people meet me for the first time, they actually ask if I accidentally nicked myself with a razor! 🙄
As for the right eyebrow, while it would generally be considered normal, there is also some noticeable thinning in that exact same spot.

... I am 20 years old, and no, this wasn't how I was born—it started about 6 years ago, I believe. :/

The question is straightforward: why is this happening? 😕

I actually had my eyebrow falling out once—and I'm talking real hair loss here. My thyroid levels were totally normal, so my doctor was stumped. Eventually, she suggested it might have been something I picked up from my cat; apparently, the little guy had some kind of underlying issue, and I ended up catching the fallout from it. It manifested itself in such a weird way! She prescribed me Medazol, and I took the entire course until the box was empty, and honestly? It cleared right up.

In my case, it wasn't the whole thing; it was just my left eyebrow, specifically that little section right near the bridge of my nose.

Huh, interesting. My left eyebrow thinned out too, and I've got a cat. But then again, maybe everyone else in my house is dealing with the same thing?

Hey everyone! So, over the last year, I’ve been dealing with one eyebrow that’s basically vanishing. The outer corner is still hanging on somehow, but otherwise, it’s just... gone. And the other one looks perfectly normal. My doctor told me the whole thing might eventually fall out too, though they aren't quite sure why—they mentioned it could be stress-related or something similar. I’ve tried everything from castor oil to various serums, but honestly? Nothing is working. 😢
