On a comparative look at the native mammogram, the breast tissue appears voluminous and symmetrical. Regarding the involutive dimensions, there are some remnants of glandular parenchyma, mostly on the right side, appearing as small, patchy clusters. The fibrotic structural elements feel soft. The skin is thin and the nipples look normal. Because of how the glandular tissue is distributed on the right, I’d suggest following up with an ultrasound.
