I used to think I’d never find just one single film that truly touches my soul... but tonight, everything changed. I stumbled upon it quite by accident while browsing the local video rental shop. Since I’m always searching for something a little unconventional, this one caught my eye, and it practically begged me to watch it. It breathed new life into my sense of hope; it was a beautiful reminder of why we should embrace the beauty of life and venture into the unknown... drumrolls, please...

I’ve actually sat through this one several times now, and honestly? I wouldn't exactly rank it among the greatest films I've ever seen.

There’s something about *The Big Blue* that just hits me right in the gut. I wouldn't go so far as to call it the absolute best cinematic achievement I've ever witnessed, but if we're talking about the films that truly hold a permanent residence in my heart? It's easily up there. 🙂

For me, it’s all about films like Genius Mind, Rain Man, and Remember the Titans!

And honestly, when it comes to Joe Black, it’s easily the worst role for an incredible actor like Brad Pitt.... I don't even get the movie... why did anyone even make it???
It’s just doing close-ups of Mr. Pitt.... basically just so girls can obsess over him and tattoo his eyes onto their skin...

I don't think it's healthy to tie your entire identity to just one movie. There are plenty of great films out there—if you're basing your whole persona on a single title, it feels a little immature to me.

My favorites (so far, anyway) have to be The Big Blue, Fighting Club, and Once Upon a Time in America.
