Can eye exercises actually reduce your prescription?

A few weeks back, I believe I saw an article in USA Today regarding the possibility of correcting vision through specific exercises and specialized eyewear. Apparently, this method is being utilized by a certain Dr. Milan Pavić. I was wondering if anyone might happen to know the address of his clinic or perhaps a contact number? Better yet, if someone has actually consulted with him personally, I would be most grateful if you could share your experience. As far as I am aware, his practice is located in the Spanish District.
