Hey everyone!

Tennis is honestly the best; I get compliments on my physique all the time, so I highly recommend giving it a shot.

So, what’s the damage? Isn't that kind of pricey?? If you don't mind me asking, how much weight have you actually lost? πŸ™‚

Squash wins this one by a mile. If you can actually survive an hour on the court, you're basically πŸ™‚

Calorie burn:

tennis: body weight (lbs) Γ— 5.5
squash: body weight (lbs) Γ— 12

Count me in for squash. I was completely wiped out after just 20 minutes, and my glutes were killing me for a couple of days.😁

I’ve given both squash and Benjamin a shot. Honestly, staring at a wall during squash feels a bit silly, and it's so anaerobic that you end up building muscle rather than losing weight. As for Benjamin, it’s alright, but you don't burn nearly as many caloriesβ€”I prefer playing tennis with my coach (who stops by $17) because it looks great and hitting those balls goes *dum dum*. I usually get a run in while soaking up some sun, and I might even sneak a peek at my instructor πŸ™„ or some business professionals πŸ‘‹ over on the next court.

I get my cardio in, soak up some sun, and occasionally flirt with my coach πŸ™„ or some business types (me) on the neighboring court πŸ‘‹.

You actually burn just as many calories playing Benjamin as you do tennis if you're really playing hard. A session with a trainer costs about $17, and you'll be exhausted from all the running. The only downside is that the courts are indoors, though the people on the adjacent courts are 😍

And here I was thinking we finally had someone practicing this because they actually love the sport... but no, it's just more obsessive calorie counting. 😒

Of course, I love the spirit of the game, but honestly, burning calories is a huge motivator for me to get out on the tennis court. Most importantly, though, I walk away feeling mentally sharp and ready to tackle my day, plus I love the way it keeps me toned πŸ™„. And let’s be realβ€”I just feel more attractive and sexy afterward πŸ™‚. That’s all there is to it!

I don't even know how much a tennis lesson with a pro actually runs $17.
Usually, you're looking at $17 for the court plus another 50 for the coach, so you're hitting roughly $33 total.

With squash, you basically just end up slapping an opponent's firm backside
. I honestly thought Benjamin was more of a workout 😎
.
But look, the main thing is just how you feel afterward πŸ‘‹
.
If you actually wore out the trainer, you'd be even sexier πŸ‘
.
Might have a few other guys trying to get lucky, too

Benjamin? Bagminton? You think squash is too anaerobic and builds mass? Your tennis balls go "thwack thwack"? And you spend your time checking out businessmen on the courts next to you?
Look, don't get defensive, but you're talking nonsense. You clearly have no idea what you're actually talking about, and frankly, you're just a textbook gold digger.

George Bailey2 said:Benjamin? Or maybe just hitting a ball around? Is squash really too anaerobic because you just gain weight from it? Are the balls at your practice sessions basically dud rounds? Or are you just busy sketching businessmen on the courts next door?
Look, don't get worked up, but you're talking nonsense. You clearly don't know what you're talking about, and frankly, you're acting like a total gold digger.

I wouldn't call myself a classic gold digger; I'm more of a "neo" gold digger. It's a whole new category! Basically, a neo gold digger is completely self-sufficient and highly educated, but if a benefactor happens to fly in, she’ll be happy to accept.

And I am definitely not talking nonsense! Regarding tennis itself, I've tried squash and Benjamin before, but nothing beats the satisfaction I get from tennis. Besides, what do you actually know about it? Have you ever actually worked on your transitions with a pro coach? Once you do, it looks incredible and becomes second nature. After that, I was practically a walking recommendation.

I'm actually a Benjamin coach, so if anyone's looking for some pointers, just give me a shout...

I think you meant "free to reach out," buddy... πŸ˜‰

Rachel Parker4, honestly, people are right to call you outβ€”saying squash is anaerobic is just plain stupid 😬

And calling it BenjaminπŸ‘? That’s a hilarious joke, especially since you're out there talking about hooking up (oops, sorry, I meant *jumping* around) with coaches and big-shot businessmen... 😈

Rachel Parker4, people are being pretty kind to you right now, because calling squash an anaerobic sport is just plain stupid.😬

Benjaminβ€”that's a funny choice of words on your partπŸ‘ considering you mentioned hooking up (sorry, "jumping around") with coaches and businessmen all over the place.😈

What's "violent" about it anyway? You think I’m being aggressive? Or maybe you think my gear is too feminine? Is that it? Am I talking down to you about molecular structures?

Listen, you little rebel, I'll give you the first three hours for free, and then you'll see just how much of a whole new world opens up for you...😁

It looks like everyone here has an opinion on this. I've personally tried all three sports, and I’ve already shared my exact experiences in my previous posts. Honestly, there's no need for the criticism; you can't really judge my perspective when you haven't stepped onto the field and tried them all yourself! πŸ™‚ 😎
