I mean, really, isn't that the whole point of this forum? We're all here talking about health, right?
...

I still say Jay-Z should just step up, pay his fair share, and buy a proper banner ad like everyone else. Why go through all this shady, roundabout nonsense? It’s just bad business. I mean, look at local plumbers—they don't get to run free ads on Nextdoor for nothing, yet they're the first ones you call when your water heater blows up!
Honestly, when it comes to how effective those products actually are? I haven't really formed a solid opinion on them yet. And if I'm being totally blunt... I don't even care that much.

As for how effective those products actually are, I haven't really formed an opinion... and frankly, I don't care much to...

I get where you're coming from, but life isn't always black and white, and sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference between apples and oranges... why is that?

I started posting here talking about health in general terms, without naming names or pushing any specific brands, because you hit the nail on the head—the goal here isn't to make a sale, it's just to provide timely info that might help someone dealing with their own health issues...
It makes me wonder, if I worked at Pfizer and mentioned a medication they manufacture, would that be flagged as advertising too? Maybe I could save a life by sharing accurate information, but am I supposed to stay silent just to keep the "barking dogs" quiet? 😠

And even if you refuse to mention a company name or promote anyone publicly, people will still slide into your DMs, and once you tell them what's up, they start trashing you in public. What then? Do you just sit there and take the insults, or do you defend yourself and end up on a path of no return?

There are plenty of specific drug names and various products mentioned on this forum, with everyone offering suggestions and recommendations, but the whole point is lost when someone buys something without having the slightest clue what it actually does...
If you're going to use medication, you need to understand how it works within your body so you can get the most out of it. That's vital. It's your right to know how your medicine affects you.

And talk to your doctors about it.

Doctors write the prescriptions, and you really ought to ask them two specific questions regarding your diet while you're on the medication.

1. Are there certain things in my diet I should avoid RIGHT NOW—while I'm taking this medication?
2. Are there specific food ingredients I should be eating MORE OF RIGHT NOW—while I'm on this medication?

YOU should ask your doctors that! They're the ones who should have the answers. 🤔

my grandfather ended up selling poison from those containers of yours:
it nearly cost him his life.
so just stay calm.😛

I don't know the specifics of what happened in your situation, but I'm fairly certain any expert would quickly pinpoint exactly what went wrong... 🙂

For instance:
if someone has never dealt with a headache in their entire life, but they carry some extra weight, and then once they start a weight loss program they suddenly get a headache, the immediate reaction might be pretty negative if they think along these lines:
"What did you give me to make my head hurt when this has never happened before? This must be poison."

In that specific scenario, the fat cells are starting to break down, and since toxins and waste products often bind to those fat cells, they get released into the system and cause issues, which is actually quite easy to manage by simply drinking more plain water to flush the waste out of the body... honestly, about 80% of headaches come down to that exact issue—just a lack of hydration from clean, fresh water.. 🙂

At the end of the day, people tend to fear what they don't understand, forming "opinions" based on nothing but assumptions and prejudices; it’s easy to say what you said, but every question has an answer if you actually bother to look for it, rather than just taking the easy way out and blaming everything else.. 😎

Well, yeah, they figured it out fast enough once she got seriously sick.
Man, some people are just naive. One of them is my grandma, unfortunately.

I bet poor Einstein is spinning in his grave right now... seeing how you're twisting his words just to suit your own little agenda.

What's funny is that most actually educated people from those regions don't buy into the hype at all—they usually just give a sarcastic smirk when they see how obsessed Westerners get over things like Feng Shuij, ginseng, and all that other nonsense. 🙂 🙂 🙂 😎 👋

I'm not sure if people from the East are truly that anti-Western, but there's no doubt about how obsessed the West is. 😁

It's like what some Chinese guy once said (can't remember where I read it)—back in China, there are only a handful of true masters of Feng Shuij, yet here in the States, you can find them on every single street corner. 😁

Man, where have you been hiding all this time?
You're a total lifesaver!
I'm heading out to grab some water right now—no more headaches for me!

Look, I respect other cultures and their wisdom—I really do—but I didn't grow up in China, I grew up here. Because of that, I feel like the things I need to actually feel better are right in my own backyard. But hey, I guess for most people, that just isn't EXOTIC enough 🙄 and they’d rather pin their hopes on some far-off, secret remedy. When my stomach acts up, I’m reaching for chamomile tea... it's a plant that grows right here in American soil, and honestly, it feels like God had a plan when he matched certain plants to the people living in specific regions.

My hero.
I'm heading out to work the fields now and I'm done with this headache.

Maybe they sell pitchforks too?😁

Honestly, water only really helps if you're using it to wash down Herbalife products—which are totally "1500% natural," right? haha.

At this rate, you might actually end up cursed!

Personally, if my stomach starts acting up, I’m reaching for chamomile tea since it grows naturally in this soil—it feels like there was some kind of divine logic in pairing certain plants with the people living in specific regions of the country.

True, though it seems he forgot to mention whose food will be sitting on our grocery shelves and all the various toxins we'll end up swallowing in the process.. 😁

The water only really works if you're using it to mix with Herbalife products. Those things are 1500% natural.

Otherwise, you might just end up cursing yourself.

Of course they're natural! Everything is "Made in America"—nothing artificial or synthetic is ever cooked up in a lab!

My personal savior, apparently.
I’m heading out to do some digging now, and I don't plan on dealing with any more headaches.

Maybe the headache comes from thinking too much. 🤔

I’m not using him for any personal gain or anything along those lines... you can interpret it however you want, I suppose, but everything looks different when you view it from a different angle; if your perspective is narrow, you're always going to end up with these kinds of conclusions, seeing far less than what's actually there. 🙂

For sure, but don't sweat it, Anthony Rodriguez58 and Amy Fox97 have your back. Then you won't even have to worry about all that barking.😳

I was actually hoping to chime in with something brilliant here.
But I just can't.
My head is absolutely pounding.
Plus, my order of Herbalife powder from Amazon hasn't even arrived yet.
On top of that, I think I'll add a shovel to the shipment.
That way, I can finally dig my way to the spring!
