Anonymous said:I forgot to mention that you really have to stick with the supplements for at least three to four months before you start seeing any actual results. I ended up taking them for six months straight and saw absolutely nothing, so I just gave up on them.
I've been using Estée Lauder's "Forte Strong" polish lately, and it actually seems to be helping.

Ugh, okay, so I've been on them for two and a half months now. I can definitely tell my nails are stronger, but they are peeling like crazy! It’s driving me insane. 😢 😉

Look, I still recommend those pills. Even though I've heard a ton of horror stories from other people, they actually worked for me. 🤷

Horsetail is amazing for strengthening nails (just like hair, bones, etc.). Here’s a great article about it and how to use it....

Quick question 🙂 My nails are peeling... and I mean they're peeling so badly that I can literally scrape the top layer off halfway down the nail bed. 🤷
My toenails seem perfectly fine... but my fingernails? It's a disaster. 😢
I’ve never exactly had "perfect" nails, but this current situation is actually starting to worry me. Visually, I manage to hide it by applying a layer of clear polish so it doesn't look too bad 🤷 but I know that isn't a real fix...
Is it just that I have naturally weak nails, or could this be some kind of nutritional deficiency? I’ve already tried various creams and strengthening treatments, but nothing seems to offer any long-term results... help me out here. 🙂

I'm feeling quite concerned about this myself. Just about a month ago, my nails were in peak condition—strong, healthy, and completely free from any cracking or peeling. Now, everything has changed; they're splitting, peeling away, and the surface feels incredibly uneven and rough, which is honestly quite distressing. If anyone has any insight into what might be causing such a sudden shift or has any advice to offer, I would truly appreciate it. Thank you!

A friend gave me some advice and I picked up some Orly polish at Walgreens. It’s a bit pricier, maybe about $30, but ever since I started using it, my nails have finally stopped peeling...

Vitamin B works wonders for brittle nails... and if you do the dishes (assuming you do 😁) make sure to wear gloves...

I’ve been using Merz along with some Dikla, and I have to say, they actually helped. Things aren't exactly perfect yet, but there's been a significant improvement considering my nails used to peel constantly and my cuticles were always cracking. Not to mention, I could never grow them out at all. Thankfully, they're a little longer now 🙂

Quick question for you guys... if we're doing that two-week olive oil treatment thing, can we actually have polish on our nails?

Steven Rivera7 said:I’ve been, how do you say, "at war" with my own nails. Seriously, I’ve tried everything under the sun. I even spent three whole months popping those "miracle" Merz vitamins, but it was a total bust—my nails were still peeling like cheap paper tissues.
Then it hit me: I haven't used Trent nail protector in ages. You can grab it at any local drugstore; they have the clear shiny version and a milky matte one. I used it daily for two weeks—just stripping off the old layer and applying a fresh one every single day. Total game changer! Now, I just dab some on once a week just to stay safe. My nails look absolutely stunning now. They can be short, long, polished with color, or totally bare—they just look great.
And here’s a little pro tip. Now that my nails have fully recovered and look flawless, I apply a topcoat strengthener over my colored polish. I picked it up at Walmart, right by the manicure station near the entrance. It cost about $18. It’s basically a clear coat you layer over your color to keep it from chipping for up to two weeks. For real. I even tested it out while on vacation, with my hands and feet constantly in the water. Trust me, ladies, it's a lifesaver. We all feel so much more confident when our hands look manicured, and you can't pull that off without healthy, perfect nails.

Any idea what the damage is on the price?😉
P.s. I am putting my money on this olive oil trick. You just have to be disciplined about it. You really need to massage that oil into your nails for at least 10 days straight... and you can't be doing any manicures during that time if you want it to work.🤣

I’ve been taking brewer's yeast—just one spoonful dissolved in water every other day—and honestly, my nails are growing at an absolutely insane rate; they're incredibly strong and look fantastic. 👍 It's actually getting a bit ridiculous because I find myself having to trim them every five days just to keep up...

So, how exactly are you consuming that yeast? I mean, are we talking about the kind that comes in those little cubes or the stuff in a pouch?

We all feel more confident when our hands look put-together, and that starts with having flawless, healthy nails.

Where can I find that Trent lacquer? I heard Walgreens has some good options too that dry instantly, and it's only $22.90 from the SH-e company.

My nails are an absolute disaster: they’re constantly peeling and splitting right down the middle... I honestly have no clue why this keeps happening or what the deal is... I’m taking multivitamins, Vitamin C, and I’ve been using all those nail hardeners, but absolutely nothing is working 😢
