Let's see how this plays out... after everything that happened, it’s Porto vs. Monaco in the Super Bowl, and honestly, it's hard to argue that either team didn't earn their spot 👍 .. so, who are you guys pulling for? Who takes the trophy? Personally, I think Porto has a slight edge, but my heart is with those absolute madmen from Monaco 🙂 🙂 ..

From a technical standpoint, it’s kind of a pain because they'd have to scrap this whole thread just to start a fresh one from scratch.🤔

Honestly, back when the CLA first kicked off, I was actually pulling for Porto more than Monaco. But lately, Monaco has totally won me over, mostly because Porto completely soured on me during that match against Deportivo....

To be fair, it wasn't even their style of play that did it—it was the blatant unsportsmanlike behavior from some of those players.... 👎

Monaco takes the title..... and Pršo walks away as the top scorer in the final...... 👍 🙏

Personally, I preferred Monaco. Porto just felt like they were dragging their feet the whole time. They managed to scrape past Manchester United only because they switched to a defensive shell. Then they ran into Lyon, which was easily one of the easiest matchups they could have faced. In the end, they took down Deportivo, though that was only after some pretty questionable, unsportsmanlike behavior on their part.

I guess I’m rooting for AS Monaco because of Pršo, though I wouldn't really mind if Porto pulled it off instead. Last year they were chasing the UEFA trophy, and this year they’re aiming for the Champions League. I wonder if anyone has actually managed to pull that kind of feat before?

It was Liverpool some decades ago, I can't recall the exact year.
Speaking of unsportsmanlike behavior, it seems most people either missed it or chose to ignore the fact that Ibarra scored Monaco's first goal at Stamford Bridge with his hand. 😳 🙂 It was pretty clear on the replays (at least on the Belgian broadcast). Regardless, I'm glad they moved on, and they did it convincingly on aggregate, so the English side can't really complain about that "handball" anymore.
