So, basically, I’ve been fighting this uphill battle with my weight for years now, and honestly, it’s exhausting! I even tried getting somewhat active and hitting the gym, but the pounds just keep coming no matter what I do. I’m sitting right around the 220-pound mark at 21 years old, which definitely isn't where I want to be. I'm on the hunt for some solid weight loss supplement recommendations—but here's the catch, I'm really not looking for anything in pill or tablet form, if that makes sense? So, what do you guys think I should try? Any tips or favorites would be amazing!

Hey everyone, I haven't had a chance to catch up on every single post here, but from what I can gather, I find myself agreeing with most of you... without getting the diet right and adding in a bit of physical activity, you aren't really going to see any real changes.

Anyway, I actually work as a Life Coach with Herbalife, so if anyone out there is struggling with extra weight, feel free to reach out to me. We see some truly incredible results, and the whole system is set up really well with 24/7 support; we put together customized meal plans at no cost, get you into a support group for motivation, share recipes, and all that sort of thing...
