Is it a cold or the flu?

You’re probably all wondering why I’m dragging this up in the middle of summer🙂 but honestly, you can catch a cold any time of year, so here we are... we all know there isn't some magic doctor who can just cure a cold once it hits you.
But how do you actually fight it off beforehand? Is there anyone on this forum who manages to dodge colds or the flu all year round? What's the secret to stopping this stuff before it starts?

Does anyone know if there’s actually such a thing as an immune booster syrup or something? I honestly feel like my immune system is total trash. It’s frustrating because I’m actually in decent shape—not out of shape, no major health issues, mostly eating clean, and I don't have any bad habits. But it’s driving me crazy how I’m constantly coming down with something, whether it's a cold or the flu...

Finally, we're actually getting that vaccine soon—and get this—it’s coming in a spray format!

I can't help but wonder how this is going to mess with our immune systems in the long run... I mean, since the common cold is basically one of our biggest daily battles, will our defenses even stay sharp if we aren't out there fighting off every little bug?
