Then, just yesterday, things took a turn for the worse—I started seeing flashing lights in front of my left eye, and now it’s spreading to both. On top of that, I’m dealing with intense pain on the right side of my head, accompanied by vomiting and total weakness. Is this a migraine? Honestly, I feel completely neurologically shattered. I’ve already gone through the ringer with an MRI, an EEG, blood work, everything. I even saw a neurologist, but what did they tell me? "It might be something, or it might not be." That’s it? Just a vague shrug? So, what am I supposed to do now?
Hmm... you're describing symptoms of a severe migraine, but honestly, the safest bet is to go get a second opinion. Unfortunately, doctors can miss things sometimes...
I deal with horrible migraines myself. It's that same unbelievable pain on the right side of the head. Every single time, I end up vomiting and feeling incredibly weak. The pain makes the area around my eye go numb, and then it travels down to the back of my neck...
At first, I was really worried, but after getting all the tests done, they found out I have genetically narrowed blood vessels on the right side of my head along with chronic migraines...
Without a few specific medications, there is no relief... I can't sleep, I can't even sit still... I'd much rather just float away...
