I honestly have no clue where that’s from. I haven't known a single one of these until now, I'm terrible at this. But I'm genuinely curious how many seconds will pass before someone drops the line: "at my signal unleash hell"

Isn't it Robocop?
They don't even have all four films (probably not), though I am reasonably certain (actually, I'm positive because they recently aired Robocop on some major network, maybe HRT or wherever) that the first one was directed by Verhoeven and featured that guy named Murphy.

Yeah, it's Robocop.
Oh, definitely. The fourth one features some holographic woman, kind of like a computer system out of Resident Evil.
