I've seen the sky, just begin to fall
And you say, "All things pass, into the night"
And I say, "Oh no sir, I must say you're wrong,
I must disagree, oh no sir, I must say you're wrong"
Won't you listen to me?

Q Lazzarus - Goodbye Horses
I'm lying over you
Q Lazzarus - Goodbye Horses
I'm lying over you
Q Lazzarus - Goodbye Horses
I'm lying over you
Q Lazzarus - Goodbye Horses
I'm lying, lying, lying over you!

The scene? Ha, now it sounds like I'm chasing you down over some rulebook 😁—no, seriously, I'm asking about the scene because it feels so incredibly familiar and I just can't put my finger on it

William Price66, you didn't catch any attitude from me, did you? I’m just asking—I was trying to pin down that specific scene you called out because it feels incredibly familiar, but the memory is just slipping through my fingers. I know I've seen it, I swear, I just can't quite put my finger on which movie it was.

I think the main villain is dancing to that song while she’s trapped down in a well...

Oh, thanks! I guess I just totally misfired in my head—I was picturing a completely different scene, haha. Man, now I realize I’m actually thinking of some random 15th movie... yeah, I definitely haven't been getting enough sleep lately. 😁Anyway, can someone please solve that puzzle above? I have absolutely no clue where it came from.

Since nobody seems to have an answer, I'll start a new thread so this one doesn't just die out—hopefully 🙂 William Price66 won't hold it against me
.
Once upon a time I was of the mind
To lay your burden down
And leave you where you stood
And you believed I could
You'd seen it done before
I could read your thoughts
Tell you what you saw
And never say a word

Over with and done—never to return
.
Staring at the loss
Looking for a cause
And never really sure
Nothing but a hole
To live with a soul
And nothing to be learned

This should be easy enough...

Movie: Black Hawk Down
Music: Audioslave - Like a Stone
Just don't ask me which scene it was, because honestly, I can't remember.

It could even be Collateral, if a wolf (or a coyote) happens to dart right in front of the taxi

🙂

As far as I'm concerned, I'm stepping back.

In that case, here's an easy one:

American Woman
Stay away from me
American Woman
Mama let me be
Don’t come hanging around my door
I don’t want to see your face no more
I Got More Important Things to Do
Then spend my time growing old with you

Even though the song is pretty laid back, the movie might be a bit tricky to guess 😉

Lenny Kravitz - American Woman from Austin Powers, that scene where she dances while Heather comes down the stairs

EDIT: if that’s the movie you were thinking of, just keep moving

Hehe, I knew someone would bring that up—unfortunately, wrong movie and wrong artist

No, no—it’s actually Kevin Spacey driving around in the car singing out loud during *American Beauty*. And yeah, I know it isn't Kravitz—I remember watching the movie and thinking, "Wait, who is singing this? This definitely isn't Kravitz," so I ended up Googling it, and turns out the artist is Krokus.

Film 🙏
Song 🙏
Scene 🙏
Regarding the artist—I also found it strange because I only really know the Kravitz version. But if this is right, http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0169547/soundtrack then the song in the movie is actually performed by The Guess Who...
Anyway, it's a minor detail. The main thing is that the movie and the scene are spot on. 👍

Look, let's just agree that the artist is Kevin Spacey so we can all move on and be at peace here. 😁
Honestly, I'm not even totally sure about the performer myself—I actually remember pausing the movie specifically to check who was singing because I knew it wasn't Kravitz. Anyway, it's my turn now... hm... let me think for a second...

Alright folks, here’s one of my absolute all-time favorites...

I'm Through with Love
I'll never fall again
Said adieu to love
Don't ever call again
For I must love you or no one
And so I'm through with love

I've locked my heart
I'll keep my feelings there
I've stocked my heart
with icy, frigid air
And I Mean to Care for No One
Because I'm through with love
