Scalp issues

It’s an incredibly irritating and uncomfortable ordeal... has anyone else dealt with this? I’m looking for ways to actually get rid of it. I went to see a specialist once and ended up being prescribed some "treatment" that was outrageously expensive—cost me about $117—but it didn't do a damn thing. Eventually, I picked up some ketoconazole shampoo at a local CVS, and that actually worked; the dandruff vanished. I stopped buying it because the problem seemed solved, but then it came crawling back. Now I’ve bought the shampoo again, except this time, the flakes aren't retreating quite so easily.
Let's get a discussion going. Any advice? 😁

There have already been a few threads about this—honestly, I’ve mostly just stuck with Pantene, which does the trick for me. I use it constantly, and once a month, I'll massage some Advil gel into my scalp to keep things under control...

I honestly loved using Neutrogena T/Gel, $20 it works—but man, it takes forever!!! It totally cleared up my dandruff though!
