I have to admit, the websites listed here are top-notch. There is just one minor issue, though—there isn't any advice from an ophthalmologist, which is exactly what I'm looking for.

If you’re looking for an ophthalmologist, check out the health portal over at UnitedHealth Group; they have a specific section where you can select exactly what you need.

I was wondering if there’s some kind of online... I don't know, encyclopedia? A dictionary? Whatever you want to call it... where you can find most diseases, their symptoms, and maybe even how they're treated (though that's not a dealbreaker)

health.yahoo.com

You can also check out the Encyclopedia of Diseases if you want to dig deeper—it’s got a ton of detailed info on just about everything...

You might want to take a look at www.pfizer.com or perhaps www.webmd.com

I’m on the hunt for a reliable medical portal specifically designed for healthcare professionals and doctors—and please, I mean something other than Pfizer or CyberMed. I need a site that actually stays current, because let’s be honest, most of these niche platforms haven't been updated since the turn of the century!

Basically, does a dedicated, high-quality resource for American physicians actually exist? Is there anything out there worth my time?😕

Ugh!😢
Seriously, does anyone even bother reading the CDC website anymore?

You can actually ask questions over at cybermed.com. There are a few other things you can do there too, but I can't quite think of them all right this second...

That’s the one I use most, but from what I gather, they aren't letting people post questions there anymore.
There's also that MyHealth portal where you have to pay for consultations. Not sure if it's worth it since it isn't exactly cheap.

Why can't you? Seriously, I just posted a question myself like, what, a month ago? You just have to register first... if you don't, you're locked out...
