I’m standing with Matthew Young35 on this one, because honestly, if someone is constantly barking like that, there's usually something wrong under the surface, isn't there?

You're acting just like that one anonymous vet I heard about once, where they say a dog only barks when it's genuinely happy or when it thinks someone is stepping onto its turf, at least that's how it works in their head anyway.😂

Honestly, we need some real justice for all those dogs you see in those support photos because about 90% of them are being mistreated in cramped apartments and enclosed spaces, which is exactly what the court ruled regarding Media—that they’re stuck inside someone's place all night long.

You guys really need to just let your dogs out of your apartments so they can actually run around freely, because dogs are built to run, not just go for a twenty-minute walk and then spend the other 23 hours and 40 minutes cooped up in your living room.

The truth is, you're all neglecting your animals! We need justice for every dog in America!

I can't speak for dogs; I have a cat. When winter hits, he refuses to go outside just so he can force you to keep the heat cranked up.
He just curls up in the bed and won't budge for anything.

Alright, let's look at this from a different angle. You could leave Matthew Young35 out there tied up to some rusty chain for twenty-four hours straight in the backyard, through the pouring rain, the snow, or the blistering heat... honestly, it wouldn't matter much to him because that’s just his territory.

I mean, why wouldn't the owner just bring him inside for a little bit? Just to give him a break?

And seriously, how has nobody among those nearly 30,000 people hitting the like button actually noticed that damn rusty chain?😂

Now we've got this whole group gathering together to post pictures of their pets, just so everyone can see how shiny and perfect they are.🤦

If you hadn't all gone on such an exhaustive rant supporting the Bear, I wouldn't have even realized this whole thing was trending on Facebook right now. I spent most of my time just scrolling through the photos from the previous two pages. Here's another one for the collection:

Look, it’s pretty simple. You’ve got some guy with a dog chained up in his backyard. Maybe he did it because his grandkids bugged him about it—thinking it was cute when it was just a puppy, but now walking the thing is too much damn work. Or maybe it's just one of those lazy excuses where they want a dog because "people like dogs" but don't want the hassle of a house-and-yard setup. Dogs on chains usually just bark more, they aren't social, and honestly? They're miserable. That constant, annoying barking is just their way of compensating for having zero freedom to move. Most times, they shut up the second you unclip that chain or give them any actual space, unless someone walks by—which, surprise, is usually a person. And that sense of threat? It’s triggered by how the owner treats them. The dog stays submissive to the people it lives with, so it takes all that bottled-up frustration out on strangers. But whatever. You can't even explain basic logic to people standing five feet away from you.

Man, I swear... some people out here can barely scrape by to put food on their own table, and then you see these other folks feeding their dogs damn wagyu steaks instead 🤦

Look, I'm not saying you couldn't afford to cough up a little bit of what you've got. You know, just loosen the grip for once. It's like watching someone hoard every single cent in their checking account while the rest of us are out here struggling to cover the damn rent. Just share the wealth a little, will ya?

What the hell is going on? Seriously. I feel like I’m losing my mind just trying to make sense of this absolute circus. Everything feels broken lately. Is it just me, or is everyone else also staring at the screen wondering when the wheels finally fall off for good? It's exhausting. Truly.

Finally, a little bit of common sense showing up on the official Facebook page:

Man, you guys are totally getting your wires crossed again and backing the wrong side here, seriously. Let's just break this down logically:
Matthew Young35 is stuck on a chain all day long! You really shouldn't be siding with owners who act like that.
It’s not like Matthew Young35 is spending twelve hours a day sitting in some dark, depressing backyard because of some court order, no, it’s because of the owner's choice—the guy was actually supposed to bring him inside the house!
The dog's owner literally said herself that she needs the dog out there barking if anyone wanders near the property, which is ridiculous because it's just a dog on a chain that never goes anywhere.

Honestly, the court's ruling would have been absolutely wonderful if the owner had actually followed through and brought Matthew Young35 into her living space at night like the legal papers clearly state. If she had, he'd actually get to spend half his day exactly how he deserves, just being part of the family.
