Man, Kenek, this thing is trash. What actually worked—and I mean really worked—was the acting and the production design. The technical stuff was solid. Everything else? Meh. Totally lukewarm. And don't even get me started on that plane scene halfway through. It completely kills the vibe. Just two minutes of pointless, mindless action dropped into a movie that doesn't care about pacing or style at all. It felt totally out of nowhere.

I suppose the emphasis lies more on the acting itself, though if you were to ask me to pinpoint a single standout moment, I find myself unable to recall any specific scene... it was simply the entirety of the film serving as a solid showcase for Hanks and his co-star playing the spy, which is enough to ensure I don't feel too bitter about the money and time spent at the theater.

Honestly, the absolute best part for me was when he completely played that guy, just straight up screwing him over while he was busy collecting signatures from the other dude 😂

I have no interest in debating whether this account is factual or not, though it remains entirely plausible that a person could simply vote for themselves, be the sole participant in doing so, and somehow emerge victorious... 😳

Judging by the other "reports" on that site and how often they bring up the FBI, I suspect maybe none of what's in that article is actually factual.

Peter Thompson4 said:@Adam Williams2, for God's sake, everyone's out here making excuses when everything south and east of us is already three times more chaotic and completely unhinged, yet now we’re suddenly being interrogated about why a few hundred people in America act the exact same way 🙏

A few hundred. 🙏

Peter Thompson4 said:Look, honestly, I couldn't care less about the priest or those people downtown. I'm not exactly an expert on the subject, and frankly, I have no interest in wasting my time on this kind of nonsense.

Look, I know for a fact that we don't owe anyone an explanation!
I feel like I’m constantly making excuses—sorry about this, sorry about that. It's becoming a habit. What happens here in America stays between us. We handle our own business, and frankly, nobody else has a say in how we run things. It’s the same story with the Mexicans—but honestly, it goes for the Germans, the British, the French, and the Belgians too. Enough was said, and enough brown-nosing was done. That was all it took.

And another thing—even though I couldn't care less about his singing, that man shouldn't be allowed back in the States if I understood correctly that the pop concert was held in Chicago. Seriously, why is one type of extremism punished while the other gets a free pass?

I agree with the rest of you—we need to clean up our own backyard and move forward. But we don't need unsolicited advice, and we shouldn't be meddling in anyone else's business. So please, just stop. If you don't have any skin in the game regarding American affairs, just get lost. Especially those from neighboring countries—I don't have anything against them personally, but stay out of these discussions. If you don't understand the stakes, don't lecture us on honor.

Peter Thompson4 said:I’m not even talking about that, I’m saying I am seriously losing my mind with all these brainless questions from people who clearly don't have a clue what's actually going on or weren't even there to witness how bad things really were. Like, maybe if some random guy from Indonesia asked, I wouldn't care, but no, you've got people from all over Europe acting like they have a right to lecture us about why things are happening this way. Because honestly, we all know damn well that every single country in Europe—and yeah, I'll throw the USA into the mix too since we're being real here—is dealing with its own massive, soul-crushing crises right now.

😂

Listen, honey.

What you're saying is pure demagoguery. And it’s nothing more than empty rhetoric.
Look, you don't owe us anything. Since you clearly view us as the enemy—probably checking your fridge every morning just to make sure no one from our side is hiding in there before you grab a sandwich and head to school—then fine. Skip us. But for everyone else you listed, you owe a full report. I’m talking deep dives on who they actually are, exactly how much is sitting in your parents' checking account, when you hit puberty, and even the name of your teacher. You need to be thorough.

You fought for it. You clawed and scratched with everything you had just to be part of the EU, because apparently, you're "European" while we’re just some dirty, uncultured outsiders from the backwoods, lightyears away from your standards.
Well, once you fight and win your way into the EU, you have to report every single move to them. You have to bow down until your spine finally snaps. And then, even as a broken man, you'll just keep following their script.

Yeah, I’ve already called you out a few times during that debate about the US-Mexico border, so I have to say it again. I’m actually glad you showed up—you really are a tiny, top-tier intellectual. 🙂

I honestly have no clue what you're even trying to pull here. Like, seriously, I don't get you at all.

You're just talking absolute nonsense and acting like a complete idiot, so let's be real—you're just a troll.
Just because politicians are spineless cowards doesn't mean anything, does it? And why on earth should we be answering some random guy on an internet forum about our own domestic political mess just because we live in the West? That is some truly top-tier, broken logic right there. 👍
Look, politicians can go screw themselves and kiss someone else's ass for all I care, but that doesn't mean I have to, which is why I was talking about regular people, not the elites. So there's really no point in me answering your question about why something like that happened in Chicago. It's not like you're some tourist from halfway across the world who has no clue how things work; you're coming from a place where the situation regarding this stuff is ten times worse than it is here in the States. Honestly, I shouldn't even have to provide examples to prove my point.

You guys act like you're the center of the universe, and you, too, clearly think the same way, which is probably why you imagine everyone else (including me) revolves around you. Seriously, I can barely even finish making a sandwich before I have to check if there's another one of you lurking around. 👍

And besides, everyone saw what went down during that game, where the commentator, the crew, and everyone in the studio and the stadium immediately jumped to the side of the league, acting like they're infallible. I didn't hear a single word of criticism regarding the security situation, which was basically North Korea-style, where a security guard meant to keep order in the stands ends up hitting a player. But hey, since you guys provoked them, I guess you're allowed to complain. 🙄

Let me guess, the head of the association is Saša Broz, isn't she? 🙏

Exactly what percentage of our tax dollars are we funneling into this obscure, far-reaching surveillance apparatus—an institution led by individuals who seem more preoccupied with their cocaine habits and political extremism than actual governance? And how can we account for leaders possessing such a staggering lack of common sense that they truly believe singing a song about pop culture in North America somehow triggers a massacre of mothers and children at a memorial?

Word is there might even be a follow-up focusing on the second man, something like "The Spy Who Knew Too Much."😂

There will apparently be some discussion regarding the Blackwood case as well...

It’ll likely be titled either Black Eye or House of Cards.😂

Defending one ridiculous idea with another😵
And let's be real, most of those news networks broadcasting that total clown show hosted by guys like Dan Boomer are privately owned anyway.

liberating some historical stronghold like Fallujah🙏 though I won't even mention how many millions were lost there 🙏

Man, honestly, are we really going to keep doing this forever? It’s like, you should probably know by now, regardless of who's right or wrong, I guess. 😉

One thing that really gets under my skin (besides those people who just act overly sensitive about everything, since nobody seems to hold them accountable 😁 ) is how I never see people like you (like zeljko_ri, for example) acting shocked when, say, folks from our own side celebrate their holidays in places where they're actually singing songs meant to provoke the other side—and no, I shouldn't have to go find links for that—but nobody ever calls them out or anything. Like, you guys aren't there to be outraged then, right? But the second someone from my side mentions ZDS, suddenly everyone is all shocked and confused. Like, please, don't be that shallow, seriously. 😉

🤔 Where, exactly, in my post did I justify any of what you're claiming? As for Z1, or whatever that guy's name is—the one commenting on singers performing those nationalist anthems—thank God there are already endless op-eds in the New York Times and various news sites covering him. This is the first I've ever heard of some anti-fascist network in a city like Chicago receiving tens of thousands of dollars in funding every year. Where are all those moralists now, the ones who normally count every single cent to see how many people could have been fed or how many families could have been housed? 🙂

Besides, none of it really matters. At the end of the day, our biggest national debate remains whether or not this one specific politician is a sympathizer of the old regime. 🙂

It feels like we’re seeing nothing but these massive, liberating rulings on corruption and shady dealings lately, as if finally having someone like a high-ranking official step up and bring some actual freedom to our great nation.

For his own people, of course.

And then you’ve got the big shots meeting up with the most powerful man in the country for a cozy little coffee date, just rubbing elbows like nothing is wrong.

Life is beautiful.

Don't even sweat it, those die-hard Real Madrid fans will see Ronaldo in Messi in a heartbeat—hell, they’ll probably start identifying with him just to feel something.
It’s not like they have any issue whining for 160 minutes straight.☕

So, our latest leader is basically handing out get-out-of-jail-free cards to all the big-shot looters, including one of her own major campaign donors, which means we can probably expect that old tycoon to be back in power before we know it, maybe even stronger than before? I mean, think about it—700,000 people voted for the Republican party, but what was it, like 1.5 million for her? So, honestly, I’m not going to complain too much because we actually got exactly what we asked for, right? Nobody forced this on us.

It's just that blonde lady seems way more cutthroat than she lets on at first glance; it reminds me of that old saying my brother used to use: when you see a guy like Mitch McConnell, you know exactly who you're dealing with, but when you look at her, you have no idea what's actually lurking underneath.

As if, she's just your typical girl next door, making homemade sausages and sausage gravy, milking cows and all that...

And she's from a coastal city too, which is why I love her so much.

Once I buy my own cow, she'll definitely be the first person I call for the first milking.☕

Democracy is basically what happens when you have four gossiping neighbors and one Einstein living in a small town. Naturally, the town mayor ends up being one of the neighbors, while Einstein just becomes the local weirdo...

Forget the cows, man. If you want to learn how to really shear sheep—or Americans, for that matter—you should probably just listen to what the President tells you.
