Alternative has been nothing more than a breeding ground for scammers and a billboard for peddling so-called "cures" that are actually just poisons being pushed under the guise of treatment. I actually got banned by one of those moderators myself, but honestly, I just gave up on trying to have a real discussion—even though my intentions were pure—once I was met with a barrage of attacks and labeled as some kind of troll or "closed-minded" person just for questioning things, mostly because I saw how many frauds are running the show there. If a real purge starts from the top down, maybe then we'll finally see some actual discourse, which is what this forum is supposed to be for in the first place.

The entire Alternative section has just vanished, and honestly, we don't even have a paper trail left; were our posts 🤷wiped clean or just shoved into some private admin folder?
I mean, go ahead and call me paranoid if you think I’m just chasing 'conspiracy theories,' 🤷but how do you explain an entire subforum disappearing along with every single thread? 😕

Looks like I finally got banned too. Funny thing is, even when I'm logged out, I can still see the Alternative section along with all the other threads and posts.
It feels like dustyharbor18 just decided to purge everyone who actually agrees with her.

dustyharbor18 has completely lost it... she's banning everyone who actually kept the Alternative active... even though our thread is the most read one on the Alternative board. Since they lack the competence to start a better thread, it’ll just be left to trolls, who will likely ruin not just this thread, but the entire broken subforum as it is...😂🤣

I can tell you, I’ve been sliding into Noah Myers8's DMs quite a bit lately, and honestly, I just can't bring myself to post all those lovely little nicknames she uses for me over on the main boards... It isn't even about the moderators, really... they're just a perfect reflection of the threads themselves... uneducated, shallow, and just plain wrong...

And the idea that WW3 is desirable is nonsense... but WW3 will happen, and that is a fact regardless of prophecies... maybe not tomorrow, maybe not in 20 or 50 years, but it will happen, and I don't know why it bothers you to talk about it???

Personally, I know how I argued, and honestly, I don't even fit into the description provided, but then again, I don't consider myself central to the topic since I wasn't one of those "true analysts"—I was just participating incidentally. So, it's crystal clear to me that I've been banned simply because of the side I took and the support I offered. It’s transparently obvious that one school of thought is being silenced, while the group that was creating unarguable confusion remains untouched.
They can write whatever they want here as an explanation, but the truth is as plain as day.

I used to get flagged all the time over on Alternative—getting hit with bans for posts that weren't even offensive, just a bit trollish or argumentative, I guess. It was mostly coming from Noah Myers8, though she made it pretty clear that any kind of rational opposition on Alternative just isn't welcome around here. He just won't tolerate it..
The more I complain, the less I get—instead of any actual response from the higher-ups, all I get is her just being insulting.
Look, even though I don't always see eye to eye with driftinggull13—honestly, his takes can be a bit much sometimes—I have to admit that he and George Turner2 are spot on with their analysis of what’s actually happening over at Alternative.
That’s why I don't even bother posting there anymore—well, except for the occasional troll post when some young punk decides to jump down my throat with his nonsense about the Illuminati.

Unless, of course, you know me better than I know myself and you're stripping away my access just to save me from myself? Maybe I offended you with some of my posts, though I truly never meant to be disrespectful.

It’s pathetic seeing someone get banned like this... Honestly, using "liquidation" just because someone holds a different opinion shouldn't be allowed on any forum. It’s pure primitive behavior attacking intellectual freedom, no matter how "low-level" people think that opinion is. I really hope the administration reviews the staff here before this whole place turns into a playground for low-grade dictatorship where mods just vent their own frustrations on users...

So that's it, I guess. Either I got a temporary ban or whatever, because I didn't get a notification, which wouldn't have surprised me anyway. I only see the Alternative side when I visit the forum without logging in, so I know it's still out there. This whole move is just pathetic. What I don't get is that I rarely even post on the Alternative board; I mostly just lurk because some threads are actually interesting. But once I brought up the idea of the family being the core of society—which is constantly being targeted for destruction—and feminism as this movement designed specifically to undermine families and children by tricking women into following it, well, she didn't hold back. She just opened fire. Suddenly, according to her, I’m some kind of ultra-conservative, crazy nationalist, or just a total primitive. Later, when responding to her, I told her straight up that she was just a biased egoist who was killing the thread, and then she just let a few more of her troll buddies off the leash. I haven't seen anything like this on a forum before—where people feel totally fine trolling a topic, where you ask one thing and someone else answers, or they just hit you with a massive 🤦 just to show you aren't part of the "in" crowd. Melissa Watson4 is right when she says that a bitter soul wearing dustyharbor18's avatar is ready to do whatever it takes to wreck a thread. And this was one of those threads—one of those fascinating, highly-read topics about human stupidity and the infinite universe—that unfortunately gets destroyed first, while the good ones somehow manage to survive.

Because of how dustyharbor18 acts, me and a few other folks don't even bother showing up to Alternative anymore. I used to drop by all the time hoping to pick up something new, but this isn't even the first time she's pulled these stunts... She’s constantly throwing tantrums and picking fights with everyone, and honestly, she’s managed to drive away some really great people.
It was actually pretty awesome during those 6 months she was gone.

Because of how dustyharbor18 acts, me and a few other folks don't even bother showing up to Alternative anymore. We went from having this dynamic PDF where different perspectives—hypotheses, theories, practical applications, spiritual insights, scientific data, mystical views, you name it—actually clashed in a meaningful way, to this absolute mess of senseless bans. It's just devolved into personal vendettas now. Honestly, just leave that stuff alone and deal with it in your actual life. I don't doubt that most people here are rational and well-intentioned; they don't usually let their frustrations manifest through smugness or by deleting posts and handing out bans without any real argument. Looking back at the last few months, sure, the debates were intense, but nobody felt personally attacked by a post or someone else's opinion. Usually, when communication breakdowns happened publicly, they were resolved publicly too, with a decent amount of mutual respect between the people on either side of the screen. Or, at least, they weren't dragged into the spotlight through other users who had nothing to do with the private spat.
I’m asking this publicly: why was the psychopathy thread pulled from the forum? The topic was thoroughly covered; interest in it had naturally tapered off. Fine, it dropped down a page. Whatever. It was still accessible to anyone interested in reading about it, just like any other topic. But now, it’s nowhere to be found in the space visible to the average Joe. And I actually really need some links to illustrate certain types of antisocial behavior...🤷
