How to search for my own posts by username

Hey everyone,

I’ve been struggling for months now with just trying to find my own damn posts.
I can never quite remember which specific threads I actually jumped into, so hunting down my own stuff is a massive pain,
meaning it takes me forever to get anything done.

Can anyone point me toward where I can check this in my profile? Is there an actual way to see everything at once?
If there is, could someone please walk me through the steps?

Up until now, the only way I've been able to track my history is by finding one of my old threads, clicking on my username (and even then, only if I was already logged in, otherwise it wouldn't even work), and then clicking "Show all posts by user" (or whatever the button is called).

Seriously, why isn't there an automatic list of every thread I've participated in right there in my profile? Why do I have to hunt down a random thread first, click a name, click another link, etc., etc., etc.? It's ridiculous.🙄

Look, it's simple. You just jump onto your profile, hit up Statistics, and then click "Find all posts by xy"

But hey, you can only see your last 300 posts—anything older than that, you’re basically back to digging through the archives manually... it’s a bit of a grind.😁

If I'm tripping, though, feel free to set me straight.🤷

There’s actually another way to do this. If you look at any thread, you'll see the total reply count right there. Just hover over that number—it turns blue when you mouse over it—and click it. That opens up a full list of everyone who’s posted in that specific thread along with their individual post counts within it.

Once you find the name you're looking for, just click on their specific number and you're done...



I've attached a screenshot so you can see what I mean. You'll see the username followed by the number of posts they've made in this one thread. Click that number and boom—you get the full breakdown of all their posts in that topic!!

To make it easier to read, we'd probably need to expand the frame... basically increase the window size...

I’ve got another trick I use... just set it up so whenever you post in a thread, you automatically subscribe to it. That way, you can always do a quick check for new activity by hitting up Quick links--->Subscribed threads. 😉

Just click your username—you know, find one of your posts and click your handle, or just scroll down to where the list of online users is, find yourself, click, and there you go. You'll see the options. Pick "find my posts" and you'll get this:

If you're posting in the Classifieds section, nothing gets archived properly. You have to hunt for those posts manually.
