Is it just me, or is the Philosophy department being way too strict?

It feels like the usual trolling, bickering, and insults are just carrying on unchecked in this PDF thread, and there’s nobody stepping in to address it. I’d like to request that someone check if there's a moderator available to look into this. Thanks.
