Is there really nobody else here dealing with issues regarding chin fat? I would truly appreciate it if anyone could share some insight or advice if you have any experience with this at all.

Look, I’m hitting my late 20s now, but honestly, the whole double chin situation is starting to give me the creeps... just gross... I have this feeling that some quick cosmetic procedure could probably wipe it out, though I’m guessing it won't be exactly cheap either...

Either way... it's time to go under the knife!!

I mean, we all have it, but I guess who’s actually going to foot an $11,000 or $12,000 bill? $0.00 You better believe it's pricey! 😢
And honestly, I probably need to go back and get my nose fixed again $3333 then deal with gynecomastia $4333 plus maybe a hair transplant for like $5,000, and then laser eye surgery $3667 so if you think about it, that is just a crazy amount of money, almost like I'm some kind of Rockefeller!

You can't just fix that with a little bit of Brazilian charm :-)

Maybe some plastic surgery could do the trick? But honestly, I think you're overthinking it—most people won't even notice.

Man, I’ve got three different bank accounts going now and things are finally starting to look decent... even if I am kind of a scrawny guy 🙂 and honestly, it kinda stings a bit... 🙂 he's my buddy 😁

I don't suppose you have this feeling that people are staring at you like you're some kind of frog, or even worse, a pelican 😉. Personally, I find it absolutely mortifying and I'm desperate to find a way out of it. So, besides jumping straight into surgery, is there really anything else out there?

Well, if you happen to have some extra weight elsewhere, like around your midsection, maybe trying a diet, running, hitting the gym, swimming, or cycling might help, since I think fat burns off pretty evenly across the whole body, but if you're looking to specifically target just the chin area, then I suppose a plastic surgeon might be your only real option.

Nah, I wouldn't say I'm super self-conscious about my body or anything... I mean, I am who I am, and I know that double chin is probably just gonna keep growing as I get older anyway... plus, I definitely don't feel like people are watching me... if you're feeling that way, it might just be a bit of paranoia, I guess...

Has anyone ever actually walked up to you and been like, "Whoa, dude, look at that chin"?... Probably not... It’s just genetics, really... it's something you're born with, and your body is just gonna keep doing its thing...

But hey, like someone else mentioned in here, maybe try working out? Though, honestly, it might not even help that specific spot... I'm pretty active with sports, but my buddy still has his, and we hang out all the time just like we always have 😉

Just relax and try not to let it get to you too much...

The whole reason I'm reaching out is to tell you that I'm perfectly fine with it. There isn't some magic exercise that's going to tighten up the platysma muscle. If anything, I just end up looking a bit like a frog. 🙄

Look, there is an exercise for it, but man, it is absolutely exhausting! You just have to do rapid-fire repetitions of X-O without stopping.

Well, if you're dealing with a recessed lower jaw, you could always look into orthodontic appliances like braces or aligners. 🤷

Get that body fat down to somewhere around 10%.

It would likely be achieved through liposuction rather than dermabrasion, if my understanding serves me correctly.

I can't tell—is that double chin just part of your DNA, or have you been hitting the buffet a little too hard lately?

It’s certainly not weight issues... and it isn't genetic either. I have no idea what’s actually going on there.🤷

Why do I get the feeling you’re just someone who loves starting drama for zero reason?
If you’re actually out here threatening people—maybe watch what you eat and hit the gym instead.
If it’s a genetic thing or whatever—just go get liposuction or some cosmetic surgery and call it a day.
But if you’re just trolling this forum for kicks—go buy some toys and go play in a different sandbox. 😁
