Discharge (bloody, purulent...), white wash... - general questions

Ladies... quick question... help me out, I'm losing my mind here.

So, it's no secret I've been dealing with Candida... plus all those vaginal suppositories and antibiotics that came with it. Currently, I'm not using anything and my tests are coming back fine... but now I'm struggling with this super dry vagina?! It honestly feels like the skin is peeling.😲

When I wash up... I'm seeing white flakes everywhere... like, is the skin actually shedding?! I stopped taking the Acidosalus suppositories a few days ago, and right now I'm just taking Beta Glucan. I wash down there twice a day... not having any sex... I was thinking about picking up some Vagisan? My swabs were all clear and everything looks good. Anyone else dealt with this?

Believe it or not, you shouldn't be washing down there twice a day, especially not on top of your regular shower routine.
Just wash once during your shower using a mild cleanser—nothing harsh like standard soaps, shampoos, or body washes.
Honestly, your best bet is to talk to a gynecologist. Ask them to recommend an intimate wash that won't strip your skin of its moisture.

Thanks for the reply... probably... just at night from now on... I won't wear underwear... and for washing I've got Lactacyd... think I might have to switch things up... though I honestly prefer just using plain water

Right now I'm using Vagisan... and I'm just constantly anxious. Ever since I can remember, I've had that white discharge, plus PCOS.. and now after my period.. I have more of a watery discharge..(transparent). It doesn't even leak when I walk, but I noticed some last night after walking around.. some people tell me it's totally normal after a period.. I don't know.. I find myself checking every single hair since I got sick, though I know I shouldn't :/.. I haven't been having any sex ...

The discharge itself is a sort of beige color—I’m not quite sure how else to describe it—but other than that, I haven't noticed anything else particularly unusual.

About a month ago, I dealt with a bacterial infection, which seems to be something I struggle with quite frequently.

I had my last pelvic exam three months ago and everything was fine, and my most recent Pap test was done about a year ago.

Do you think I have any reason to worry?
