Can someone point me toward where I can pick up that Kung Fu Ancient Secrets DVD? I think it was a National Geographic release, but I can't be 100% sure.

I suppose you're asking about printing costs? I guess it depends on the volume. Maybe it's worth looking into some local print shops in town to get a better idea of the rates.
I suppose that’s how it goes...

Does anyone happen to know if this actually exists—and if so, what’s the address?
thanks

I’ve been training Kung Fu for almost two years now, and I’ve finally reached the point where I need some tonfa. The problem is, I have no clue where to actually pick them up or what I should be expecting to pay. Can anyone point me toward where I can find wooden tonfa specifically designed for Kung Fu? I’m also curious about the price range. Every time I look online, all I see are tactical tonfa meant for police duty, which is definitely not what I’m looking for. Do you think local Kung Fu or Karate dojos usually sell them?
P.S. Ideally, I’d love to find something in the Greater Houston area or maybe Dallas if possible.

Well, you can pick up some tonfa in Houston, but I suspect they might be those "police" versions you mentioned.
Maybe check out a local martial arts supply shop. They should have the right gear.

What exactly is the difference between standard tonfa and Kung Fu tonfa?
Maybe you could try checking out Kwonu. I think they have some isolated areas for training sessions, though they probably offer standard ones too, I guess.

By the way, it’s only been two years, not two yet. I guess.

My bad, I was actually thinking about the regular ones (made of wood). I just meant that Kung Fu techniques are often used in Karate too. Also, can anyone point me toward the address for that Kwon studio? I don't live in the city. On top of that, I’ve been hunting for some Tonfa forms everywhere, but I can't find anything—just Kata. And honestly, that's not what I'm looking for right now.

Hey, does anyone happen to have a recording or maybe a direct link for the Tonfe form? I caught that one version on YouTube, but honestly, it was moving way too fast for me to follow. I really need something a bit slower and clearer so I can actually nail the movements.

Hey, I happened to take a look... if you haven't found it yet...pride seems to have a bit of a tone to it, I guess $33.

Be creative. If you really need a wooden one for practice, you'll save much more money by just making it yourself.
All you need is a saw and a broomstick handle. Everything else is up to you.😬

Does anyone know where the best place to train in Thailand would be? I’m heading there around New Year's for a few weeks and want to spend about two of them at a training camp.

There are literally millions of camps in Thailand. You gotta be more specific about which part of the country you're hitting up.

It doesn't matter where... somewhere in the provinces, outside of Bangkok. I’ll probably end up on Phi Phi. If there's anything there, fine—if not, no big deal, I'll just find something online.

I was wondering where I might be able to pick up a ninjutsu suit—is there perhaps a shop in the States that carries them?
