I DON'T SPEAK AMERICAN.

I'M NOT AN AMERICAN;

I'M A MEXICAN

THE TURKS HAVE BEEN SCREWING ME OVER FOR 500 YEARS.

Is that better now?

Yeah, here we go—some idiot is going to derail every single thread.

Come on, Michael Sullivan3, stop acting up and quit grasping at
Mexican clichés! You were practically drooling over some Mexican cliché the other day!

Oh... please... you say that, but you're definitely not a REAL one... zero patriotic spirit here...

just some random little guy...

if you actually step up and do something right, we'll show you what being a true American is all about!😁 😉

Arthur Cooper5 said:Just read the first post and you'll realize you've got this all wrong!

Great... you've managed to find one single instance where decent people stepped up to help an American in trouble.

Actually, the fact that Mexicans and Americans are involved here is purely coincidental; those same people could have just as easily helped a Turk, for example. This is simply a matter of good people doing good things. Nationality doesn't matter. (At least not to me—I'm not sure why nationality has suddenly become such a focal point for you and the rest of the "leftists").

Regardless, there's a certain level of solidarity among drivers since they're all in the same boat and understand the dangers of being out in Iraq.

Just your average little American...

I've already learned from you that every American sentence apparently starts with "well" or "anyway."😁

I’d probably just ask everyone here: would you personally step in to help a Mexican in need?

I'd help anyone in trouble, honestly. Isn't that a bit of a silly question?

And then wrapping everything up with "etc..."

wiredpilot30 said:I’d help anyone in trouble—is that really such a stupid question?

Just ask how many Americans helped, say, Mexicans
back when they were being dragged out of shelters
for executions—or better yet, look at what happened to
those who actually had the guts to speak up
against those kinds of atrocities. Levak is one of the
greatest heroes—a man who spoke out and paid for it with his life.
Is it still a "stupid question," or do I need to spell out that a Mexican who was unarmed and standing on free American territory would have been in serious trouble in this scenario?

matematicar said:That’s the absolute truth. Though, looking back fifteen or twenty years, things weren't quite like this, at least not here in the States.

True, but it isn't just localized to us.

About ten years ago, for instance, I used to stumble home dead drunk without a single worry in the world. There was simply no reason to be afraid.
This morning, walking back around 5:00 AM, I found myself glancing over my shoulder every few steps just to make sure I wasn't being followed.
I can only imagine how much more terrifying it must be for a woman.

The real issue lies with society as a whole, stemming primarily from widespread apathy and overly lenient laws that grant criminals, rapists, and thugs all sorts of "human rights." Just the other day, I read in the news about a guy who raped a five-year-old girl and only received a one-year suspended sentence! It's unbelievable. Why shouldn't someone feel uneasy walking home intoxicated when the system is this broken?

So, the problem isn't just "within our community," nor is it an issue between Americans and Mexicans. Quite the opposite.
Approaching the topic this way only serves to worsen the situation rather than providing any actual solution.

Michael Sullivan3 said:I’m not just picking one random instance; there’s a whole mountain of proof out there.
Like, you see some guy beating his wife in broad daylight right in the middle of downtown Chicago, and nobody even blinks.
Or that recent case where some creep assaulted a teenager, and bystanders just stood there doing nothing. Same thing happened on a subway train recently—total silence from everyone around.

That’s just capitalism for you! Who would’ve guessed those little Ante Pavelić types over in Germany would actually start criticizing capitalism one day?
If I hadn't seen it myself, I wouldn't believe it!😕 😕

Fast forward to this morning—I got back around 5:00 AM, and I found myself looking over my shoulder every few steps, checking to see if anyone was following me.
If this is how I feel, I can only imagine what it’s like for a woman out there alone.

Or maybe the issue is just the booze or a failing liver. 😁

You are honestly out of your mind.

Just two months ago in Washington, D.C., there was an incident where some guy just randomly beat a retired passerby to death... and not a single soul on the entire bus even lifted a finger to help...

If I wrote in perfect formal English, or heaven forbid, straight-up street slang, we’d still get each other , they'll understand😁

Like this: Internationalism forever!😳 🙂

BTW 😁

Michael Sullivan3

With posts like these, you're actually proving MY point... that you'd probably get along better with Mexicans than with us Americans from the Great Plains...

Or maybe it's the other way around.

As for you—IT'S THE OPPOSITE 😁

Ante Pavelić? Maybe he's your hero, but he certainly isn't mine.

And this has nothing to do with capitalism. I already laid it out in my previous post. This is about lax laws and the "humane" treatment of bottom-of-the-barrel criminals—rapists, pedophiles, and the rest of that filth. In short, it's leftist policy.

So you're calling it leftist? Fine then, go ahead—name just one single American leftist politician
who is a rapist, and I'll happily start listing the ones from the right. 😎

wiredpilot30,

you're being quite dull

anyway

I have already admitted that I find myself better able to relate to my fellow Mexicans than to those "true" Americans from the Great Plains

it's the same mentality

our shared North American roots and Mexican heritage

the same language

etc.
