Were the moderator elections well-organized?

I told them right out of the gate that this was a recipe for disaster and that we’d end up exactly where we are now

10 days ago, there was talk about me stepping up as a mod. But since I wanted to keep things totally fair, I told Chef Sal (who I was negotiating with) that we should run a vote instead. So, Baklja set up the poll, and this is the mess it turned into.

It’s pure chaos now, so the smartest move is to just let these three mods decide who takes over the new spot...

It doesn't matter. This is my second post, so I voted. 😁 It’s irrelevant.
I’m giving the first option my vote.😬

Everything's just gone totally sideways now, so I guess the smartest move is to let these three mods decide who takes over the new spot...

If you actually cared about things being fair, maybe you would've asked the crew with FJBG in their signature not to show up and vote on soccer where they usually don't even participate.
But you didn't. You got the most votes from them, so this whole modesty act you're pulling right now? It feels anything but honest.

Listen, this is ridiculous... This guy actually went out and begged Chef Sale to make him a moderator for the "Soccer" section. I’ve never heard anything like it...🙄 And since he wanted things to be "fair," he literally dragged in voters from across the border to vote for him. Unbelievable. How does he even have the nerve to show up in this part of the forum? Honestly, the only people who actually have the qualifications to be a new mod are Serse_Cosmi, frozentiger6, and me. Though frozentiger6 and I aren't interested—well, I am, but I'll be gone for a week right in the middle of the ep; I'm heading to Portugal 😁 . But that doesn't mean boldhound8 should even be considered for the position. Since he already picked up some votes (despite the flood of outsiders), Serse_Cosmia needs to be appointed as the new mod instead.
