It’s in the US, so it’s almost certainly in yours too. That’s just what Diflucan is.

Better to just shove them into a vagina.😉

Exactly.
Tablets aren't exactly the fortress of privacy people think they are. It’s easy to get comfortable sliding one of these thin slabs of glass into a laptop bag and feeling like you've got a secure little workstation, but that's a mistake. They’re essentially just highly portable, highly vulnerable entry points into your digital life. Between the way apps harvest data in the background and the sheer ease of physical theft or loss, you're basically carrying a concentrated dose of your personal information around in your pocket. It's like leaving your wallet on a coffee shop table—sure, you might be fine for an hour, but the risk is always sitting right there under the surface.

Bravo, 👋 goldentinker79—just checked the prenatal records... it says Diflucan.

Well, we don't have all those different tablet options like you guys do out here... but thanks for the name, I'll go ahead and ask at my local pharmacy...

Around here, Pamprin just showed up about six months ago...😠

It’s called Diflucan, and it’s manufactured by Pfizer. You should probably do some digging online to get the full scoop on it.

ugh, yeah, yeah, yeah—I just got prescribed Diflucan too, didn't exactly go out and buy it myself 🙂
just wondering if it actually works? I’m kinda skeptical because how is one single pill supposed to pull off a massive genocide??

oh and for those using the vaginal suppositories, use them at night since lying down helps so much more. sorry if I'm just stating the obvious here 🙏

Diflucan works wonders against Candida, but you have to be careful because it can take a toll on your liver. My baby had *Candida albicans* on her tongue, and the doctor prescribed Diflucan since Nystatin just wasn't cutting it. I did my homework on it first—I wasn't about to just hand it to her without knowing—but if I ever needed it myself, I’d take it. It really does the job.

margarita, I was under the impression that the FDA and Health Canada mostly register and approve the same drugs. Clearly, I was mistaken.

electricdriver78, I honestly always assumed the FDA in the States and Canada registered and approved basically the same medications... I guess I was totally mistaken about that.

Yeah, I used to think that too, but I've actually seen firsthand a few times when visiting my parents that isn't quite how it works...

Around here, almost everything manufactured in the US takes a few months or even years to finally make its way over to us...

And it's not just the medicine either...

By the way, do you know if Diflucan can actually clear out Candida from your stomach?...

So, I didn't get the Logest I was actually hoping for... ended up with Diane 35 instead... ugh. I mean, I'll give it a shot, but—seriously—if this stuff messes with my skin (I have zero breakouts right now!), my weight, or my hair... there is absolutely no way I'm touching it again!

Why Diane?

Why didn't you insist on Logest? It’s easily the best pill on the market right now—minimal hormones and virtually no side effects.😕
I don't get it.

Honestly, picking this pill seems like a pretty questionable move since you’re basically saying you don't even have issues with excess male hormones if your skin is clear and you aren't dealing with extra hair growth.

I’d really suggest checking in with your OB-GYN to see if they can switch up that prescription for you...

And I’m assuming my OB-GYN actually knows what she's talking about... right?

I mean, worst case scenario—I'll just switch over to Logest, since you don't even need a prescription for that.

So, I asked about the Logest... and she said it's pretty standard practice to start with a stronger dose first—then it's super easy to scale back if the hormones feel like too much.

It’s actually the other way around. You start with the lower doses first, and if that isn't enough—like if she starts experiencing mid-cycle bleeding or spotting—then you move up to the stronger ones.

I’m pretty sure you need a prescription for Logest too.

Most people don't just use Diane solely for birth control; it's frequently prescribed to treat various hormonal imbalances.

well, if things go south, I can always just switch over to Logest since you don't even need a prescription for that kind of thing...

I actually asked about Logest... and she mentioned it's pretty standard to start with something a bit stronger first, because if the hormone dose ends up being too much, it’s actually easier to scale back...

and here I was thinking it worked the other way around...

my doctor actually started me on the lower dosage ones first, but then when I went in for my three-month checkup and we realized they weren't quite doing the trick, she switched me to the stronger ones...

I took some Logest on the very first day my period started, and now I’ve been bleeding for ten days straight.
Has anyone else dealt with this before?
😠—honestly, I can't take it anymore, five days is just way too long—

.. the first time they lasted about eight days—usually it's just four—but that was a one-time thing when I first started taking them...

For my first round, it actually ended a bit earlier than expected (only lasted 5 days 🙄 oh well)

Now I’m just sitting here waiting to see how the second attempt plays out 😎

I’m dropping some personal insight regarding Triquilar here, because clearly, these pills hit everyone differently.

There are three different colors, each with a varying hormone level, and honestly, during that initial phase, my moods were all over the place every single time the color changed. Total emotional rollercoaster! Food was another huge factor during that first cycle, too. My breasts actually swelled up quite a bit—which, I have to say, my better half was absolutely thrilled about. 😁

All those side effects eventually cleared up after two or three months. I’ve been on them for about a year now, and I think I might take a little break soon; I don't have any lingering side effects anymore. Aside from the positives, like painless periods that are short and much lighter.😛

To all the new users out there: I just recommend having a bit of patience when you start Triquilar.

Cheers!😎
