Thanks, ladies, I just have one more quick question for you all ๐Ÿ˜˜>

So, if I understand correctly, I should take my last dose on Monday instead of Tuesday, which means Iโ€™ll receive my shipment then, and subsequently start the next round on Tuesday rather than Wednesday... doesn't that sound about right? ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ™‚

Itโ€™s all essentially the same thing... a dime a dozen, really.

Look, monophasic pills (think Yaz or Loestrin...) are indeed monophasicโ€”they stay the same. But those triphasic ones (like Trinord or Triquilar) actually utilize three different hormone concentrations over that 21-day stretch. Itโ€™s a bit more nuanced than that, I suppose.

Yeah. And you just keep taking them normally like always.๐Ÿ™‚ Just stop overthinking the whole sink situation with the pills.๐Ÿ˜ I once dropped mine and spent an hour hunting for them with a magnifying glass.๐Ÿ˜

One of the side effects of the pill can actually be uneven skin pigmentation... like, getting these brown spots. So, honestly? You might want to ditch the tanning lamps and just stop trying to "quartz" your face altogether...

Thatโ€™s true enough... but since she didn't specify she was looking for anything specialized, it's just common sense that she'd go with the standard stuff.

I took Stediril M too, and it worked wonders for me. Didn't notice any major shifts, except my periods were shorter, less painful, and just didn't feel nearly as heavy.๐Ÿ™‚

Oops, didn't even realize there were this many pages. I only posted after reading the first one.

Some coworker gave me this blunt, judgmental stare while I was struggling to swallow a tiny piece of "trash" that had accidentally slipped into my handbag... who could possibly distinguish a single pill from all that junk when it falls in by mistake?๐Ÿ˜

I've been on Triquillar ๐Ÿ‘ for a year now and haven't had any issues. My breasts were already on the larger side anyway, and my stomach pain has completely cleared up. My cycle has actually stabilized too; instead of coming every 23 or 24 days, itโ€™s now consistently every 28. ๐ŸŽ‰
As for weight gain, yeah, I have put on some pounds, but I might be the one to blame there. I stopped dancing and now I spend most of my time just sitting around studying and reading. ๐Ÿ™„

Man... Iโ€™ve been on them for about 9 months now and honestly? Iโ€™m loving it. ๐Ÿ˜ข ๐Ÿ˜ข
Has anyone heard anything about those new "Seasonale" pills? They're designed to be taken for 84 days, which basically cuts your period down to just four times a year. The FDA already cleared them here in the States, and I think they might have even hit the market in the UK already. ๐Ÿ™„

Quick logistics questionโ€”whatโ€™s the damage if I totally forgot to take my pill and just swallowed it about 12 hours after I was supposed to?!
I know there's that whole "under 12 hours" vs "over 12 hours" thing, and I somehow managed to hit almost exactly the 12-hour mark??!!๐Ÿ˜•
Hey, John Thomas2, is pregnancy still on the table here?!

My chest has gotten so much bigger from those Trinovum pills... which meansโ€”get thisโ€”my leg hair is actually growing slower now. Honestly? Iโ€™ll take itโ€”better this way than the other way around! So now I'm just ๐Ÿ™‚ (even though I totally was before)

Hey Lastane, is pregnancy actually a possibility here?!

Well... honestly, if you timed it down to the very minute, who knows? ๐Ÿ™‚
I can't say for sure, but if I were in your shoes, Iโ€™d definitely play it safe and use some backup method... I mean, I have no clue exactly how much your chances of getting pregnant just spiked (not that Iโ€™ve tested that theory myself ๐Ÿ˜ฌ), but it's probably... well, better to be cautious than to live with the "what ifs"...

On another note, Logest has made my boobs swell up so much they feel huge, Iโ€™ve gained maybe 10 pounds (okay, maybe not all of it is from the pills ๐Ÿ™‚), and instead of clearing up, my face has become even more breakout-prone. Still, I suppose it's a fair trade for peace of mind, a regular cycle, and finally being pain-free...

Hey, is there still a chance I could end up pregnant?!

I remember missing my pill once and waiting about 12 hours before taking it, and luckily, I didn't end up pregnant.๐Ÿ˜ณ Fortunately, everything turned out fine.๐Ÿ™

Didn't end up pregnant either..

Has any of you ever had one of those months where, during that 6 or 7-day gap between refills, you didn't get your period at all?๐Ÿ˜ฒ

Hey, I just stumbled upon this thread (I hit page 10 and couldn't take any more ๐Ÿ™‚), and sorry if this has already been asked before.

So, Iโ€™m starting birth control on Monday, and I was wondering if they help at all with PMSโ€”specifically the mental side of things, since I don't really have major physical symptoms during that time.
During my PMS, I get incredibly depressed and sad; itโ€™s like I'm practically incapable of functioning. There are days where I just stay in bed because I don't even have the willpower or energy to get up and wash my face.

Does anyone else here deal with stuff like this, and do you think the pill helps even a little bit with the mood swings?
thx
