Kenneth Hernandez67 said:Alright, I need some actual help here...

I’m currently following a specialist's advice regarding Trisequens...

Before I actually go through with it, obviously I did my own research...

And look at what this says:

"If you are still in your fertile years or aren't certain whether you've passed menopause, be aware that Trisequens will definitely not prevent pregnancy."

😕

Yet, I feel like I read somewhere that some women on these forums use it as their primary birth control... I'm honestly just confused.

Look, I can't really help you much based on my own experience,😁 😉but I remember back when my mom was taking them, people would ask her about it all the time, and the answer was always a hard no—Trisequens is not a contraceptive pill.

It’s not like I actually thought they were birth control pills 😉

What I meant was, given they're prescribed to women—like me, for instance, since my cycle is still relatively regular—I figured they might have some kind of contraceptive effect.

George Wilson95 said:I've actually taken a break twice in the last seven years, and both times my OB-GYN told me it wasn't a great idea—basically saying I could stay on my pills for up to ten years without stopping, and that taking breaks can actually shock the system. They mentioned that while people used to take breaks back in the day, modern formulations are "better" designed to handle continuous use.
Honestly, I'm not an expert or anything, but if I were you, I'd just check in with your own doctor. They know your specific health history best and can give you the real deal on whether a break is a good move for you or not.

I was on Cilest for about a year and three months—everything went pretty smoothly for the most part, though I did notice my breasts felt extra sensitive at first, my skin got a little oilier, and I dealt with some extra cellulite 😲 —but luckily, everything leveled out and went back to normal quite quickly.
Fast forward to two months ago: I decided to try taking a break. Well, my next period didn't show up until day 33, and when it finally arrived, it was super light and only lasted three days. Now, it’s been about 40 days since that one, and I’m still waiting for my cycle to return.
It feels like my body is definitely in a bit of a "shock" phase... so I was wondering, has anyone else gone through something similar? Any idea how long it usually takes for things to settle back into their old rhythm?

P.S.—pregnancy is ruled out; I already took a quick three-minute test. 😁

So, I’ve officially gone on pause. Now, I'm genuinely curious about how long I’ll be waiting for my period to show up...

My body is constantly keeping me on my toes.😁

Honestly, I wouldn't mind if things were always like this—getting a little three-day getaway every two months—it’d be a total dream!😁 ..but I guess that's just proof that my body has a really hard time adjusting to any kind of new routine.
I actually stopped taking them specifically because I wanted to give myself a little "break" and clear all those pills out of my system... I even had the Advil ready and everything... I was fully expecting to be unable to stop the pain once it started 😉 ...but then, lo and behold... nothing at all!

Has anyone else using LOGEST noticed their skin tone getting worse?

I’ve been taking them for about three months now and my complexion looks terrible😢. Maybe it isn’t the pills. They're supposed to actually help improve your skin tone, right?🙄

First off: Cut it out. You’re clearly out of your depth here. You’re just a poor imitation of a real expert.
Usually, I’m quite polite, but you’ve pushed my buttons. Here’s why. My current issue stems from being on Diane 35. I’ve been taking them for months now—not for birth control, but to manage PCOS, which is currently standing in the way of my ability to conceive.
Taking these pills feels like a gamble lately.
1. No one even bothered to run blood clotting tests for me (which is nerve-wracking, considering my father just had surgery for blood clots this year).
2. I have near-constant headaches. I keep trying to blame it on something else rather than admitting it’s likely the medication.
Actually, I’m experiencing two or three symptoms that, according to the patient information leaflet, mean I should stop taking the pills IMMEDIATELY.
The problem is, I’m prescribed to take them for another two full months.
Oh, and I’m also mid-course with an antibiotic, which supposedly reduces the effectiveness of contraceptives. So, where does that leave me?
I want a baby, but I don't want a medical nightmare.

What’s the move? Should I wait after this prescribed six-month stint on Diane 35—maybe give my body at least a month to flush out the synthetic hormones—or should I follow my doctor's lead? Though, his expertise is questionable since he handed these out without checking my blood work first. Should I just try to conceive right away?

Sorry for the long vent. I could really use some guidance.

Nah... mine is great. My back is fine. I’ve just started breaking out a bit—but that always happens to my skin once the weather warms up and I start sweating more.

I’ve been satisfied with Stediril M for about 4 years now.

It hasn't really caused any massive transformations... just cleared things up, and that’s that. I take it for 8 months, then take a break for 3 or 4... following my doctor's orders.

My breasts didn't grow, and they didn't shrink either... the cellulite is still there and isn't budging an inch... nothing better, nothing worse... I haven't gotten lazy... but my cycle became regular to the minute... and absolutely painless (I used to suffer through total body aches before).

I started taking them because of cysts on my ovaries... after 3 months those cleared up, so I just kept going...🙏 🙏

I am a smoker, though not a heavy one. A pack lasts me two days. I'm trying to force myself to quit. Because I know it isn't good.

Oh boy... I’m not even on them... I don't have a sexual partner, my period is regular, and while I’m not sure if I'll be able to have kids later (hopefully I can!), I just don't like putting "random stuff" into my body. Look, I'm no doctor, but... if people are taking these specifically for health issues—like irregular cycles or PCOS, etc.—wouldn't it be better to try all those other "natural" methods first? You know, things like acupuncture, tons of sage, and all those other herbs that those brilliant ancient Romans used for fertility, and so on. Then, if that doesn't work, you move on to the hormone bombardment and—unfortunately, though necessary and voluntary—become a walking hormone bomb. My thought is... natural remedies always act much slower than pharmaceutical drugs, so you have to be incredibly persistent. You might need to set aside more cash every month than what you'd spend on, say, $12 for birth control pills, but isn't the result higher quality and more long-lasting? For instance, I deal with rheumatic issues—even though I'm only 20—and should I really dive into anti-rheumatics and risk wrecking my health even further? No way, ladies... I drink gallons of elderberry tea (to flush toxins out of my joints) almost every day, use lemon essential oil, and eat about half a kilo of honey every ten days, and I feel amazing. Honestly, I feel so much better. Of course, there are plenty of problems that require treatments far more radical than just using herbs, but still... I believe many of you are taking pills because you haven't honestly asked yourselves, "Do I actually need this?" And of course, the response will probably be, "But did you know modern birth control has much lower hormone levels now..." and you'll just go, "Yeah, yeah, I know..."

Can someone who’s been on Triquilar for a while tell me how it’s actually treating you?? I was on Diane-35 for about thirty-five years—yeah, yeah, don't look at me like that—and then my gynecologist switched me over to Triquilar three months ago. My period is coming in regular, which is great, everything is totally fine there, but man... I am constantly hungry... ugh!😢

I haven't really had any side effects. Though, I've been on them for about... 🤔 ... 3 years now!
Non-stop. Man. 😁

They're fine by me, nothing special, not good or bad. Just another pill, I guess.

Look, quit being lazy. Just scroll down like two inches or click onto the next page and you’ll find the massive 500-page thread dedicated entirely to pills.

(And the moderators😕 just sit there obsessing over absolute nonsense instead of actually helping.)

So, I was on Cilest for a while, but about eight months back, I made the switch over to Triquilar. Honestly? It’s been great. I haven't dealt with any side effects, and—thankfully—my appetite hasn't gone absolutely haywire on me.

It took four years. Back in my younger days. 😁 Zero side effects, no issues whatsoever. In fact, I didn't even deal with those brutal cramps I usually get on the first day of my period.

I’ve got my own little trick for this. I’ve been on it for three years now—and yeah, during those first few months, I was absolutely famished. I ended up gaining about 17 pounds total... though, to be fair, I used to be super thin before this, and now I’m just more of a "normal" weight. Besides, who cares? It all ends up in the right places anyway—curves in all the good spots. And the hunger? That actually stops eventually.
For me, the cravings were at their absolute worst when I was on the yellow ones (the final stage).

And why does it even bother you that much? Look, I’m being lazy—I really don't have the energy to dig through five hundred pages of archives, so what? Just read something that doesn't make your blood boil for once.

Anthony Miller13 said:Does Yasmin actually help with cellulite? Why?

That’s what it said... honestly, I think it's because Yasmin has some specific ingredient in it that everyone talks about all the time (trust me, I know 😁), and it really does help with cellulite. For me, I definitely noticed a difference in weight compared to when I was on Cilest...
