Or better yet, demand his credit card statements so we can collectively count whether he’s been ordering wine or just sticking to sparkling water with lunch. Since he isn't out spending money at brothels like some sort of degenerate, anyway.🙂

What are you even talking about? What district councilman? If "Transparent" Ivica Puljak actually cared, he would've exposed this to the public ages ago. Those losers from Monterey and their kind aren't exactly my benchmark for success, but hey, feel free to measure yourself by their standards if that's what you want.

PRESSURE: The State won't back down from the legal solution

They need to explain the whole situation to the parents regarding this greedy corporation. Maybe they can go protest outside her other daycare in San Francisco or show up right at her doorstep. I bet she owns property out in the suburbs too. 🤣

Honestly, that woman should be banned from working with kids altogether. I agree she shouldn't get any concessions, but let's look at the facts: there were already about 500 kids left without spots, which means now there could be closer to 800 waiting, given how many are stuck in that piano class mess. The administration needs to step up immediately. They should've done it sooner, but now the pressure is really on. Edit: Wait, did you say you know Negotic? I can already smell the circus coming.

Apply that exact same standard to public funds—specifically the tax dollars we all use to subsidize some retiree living rent-free in a 750-square-foot municipal apartment.

Furthermore, this "old lady," as you call her, isn't professionally incompetent; leave her alone to settle her own business with the city, just as every other productive citizen is expected to handle their own affairs.

If she truly lacks professional competence and has no family to lean on, then she belongs in an assisted living facility, and her pension should be used to cover those costs.

She can afford cigarettes only if there's anything left over after the facility is paid.

Just read an article on politico.com 🙂

Cut back on the travel, stop the useless bad PR, clean up the mess, and just deliver actual results.

Seriously, what are you even looking at? I literally wrote this a few posts ago. The old lady needs to go, and honestly, Dyer is right. The next step will probably be the NCAA stepping in. And god, I am sick of seeing quotes about this woman in the Los Angeles Times every single day, and now we're doing it here too? Mocking whether she's "still got it" or judging her outfit? What's next? Are we going to judge parents by their clothes during charity drives for kids? It's pathetic. It's obvious the lady needs to step down, and once she does, this whole topic should finally be dead and buried.

There you go. Fine, whatever, let's just send him some borscht to cheer him up after his trip. Honestly, it would still be fair if he at least posted a travelogue on his blog after all those constant trips.

Note well, I already said that was a fair point, but this dodging is honestly fascinating. Are you seriously so naive that you think some old woman haggling over pennies is the perfect example of cleaning up a city? Congrats.

I guess those "social workers" are the ones doing most of the haggling with the old lady.☕

Negotić is just a complete fool who nods along to whatever authority figure tells him what to do.

I don't get why Puljak hasn't cut him loose yet; someone like that will just feed him whatever nonsense he wants to hear...🤦

Did anyone catch if Negotić was actually hired through a formal competitive process for that Department head position?

Between all the constant bashing of Puljko and the rest of the administration, our boy Prvan is busy writing glowing tributes to one of the loudest local Republicans. 🙏

The daughter of a General and arguably the most controversial Republican figure in San Francisco just poured her heart out: ‘There’s absolutely no excuse for individual corruption!’
Zelić-Relata. 🙏

Yeah, the same person who was popping up in every single headline on the Los Angeles Times a few months back—basically disappearing from the scene for a bit—only to resurface now through Prvan’s mouthpiece in Freedom... 🙏

Oh, please... you know those kinds of jobs are protected tighter than a grizzly bear's lunch. If I recall correctly, he’s been part of the system since the days of Puljic. Now, Ed Garvey has just shuffled him from some technical asset management role over to Social Activity. Seriously... he was the head of the Department of Sport under Kerum, then Opara moved him, and now he's in Social Activity. Talk about a legendary career path, right?

If he keeps backing idiots like Negoci—the kind who have to suck up to every regime—he’s going to end up eating their dirt. He won't be able to claim ignorance or blame the previous administration...

I really hope he’s smarter than that, because the devil is always in the details. And this particular devil seems to have plenty of baggage to carry. 😁

It looks like he might be the only one. There are still a few other smooth operators out there who have survived multiple administrations. But look, you can't just get rid of them overnight; those are what people call "sacred" government jobs. Still, yeah, Puljak actually put him in charge of the Department of Social Services. Honestly, even I found that both surprising and hilarious.

Are you guys ever going to stop obsessing over those Hades fanatics and actually start doing some real work? San Diego is literally being poisoned right under our noses, and there isn't a single word about it.

The levels of arsenic and nickel are spiking more and more every single day.
The data is absolutely terrifying.

The entire city of San Diego is sitting under a cloud of toxic arsenic!!!

I mean, why didn't he just take a page out of Plenky's, Vlahov's, or even Biden's book? Instead, he flies off to Kyiv, which is basically right in the middle of the conflict, maybe a few hundred miles out. 🤣
Maybe he should cut back on the travel a bit. He isn't some honorary mayor, he's the actual one, and honestly, he's got enough work on his plate as it is.

Emily Smith6 said:The City of San Francisco is paying out $46,800 a month to the owner of Magic Piano Preschool! While her revenues are in the millions, parents are apparently looking to the Governor's office for a lifeline.

Just to recap, the founder and owner of the preschool, Virginia Mudric, rents two spaces totaling 663 square meters $4705. Under the new terms, she would be expected to pay $15054 for those premises. This higher amount was actually what was agreed upon during the initial bidding process when she secured the space, but the previous city administration decided to step in and adjust the price—downward, of course.

"Magic Piano Preschool" is a private facility, though the City of San Francisco provides subsidies for the children attending it.

- The City of San Francisco subsidizes childcare at 22 different private and religious preschools within its jurisdiction, including Magic Piano Preschool. The level of subsidy depends on the specific type and duration of the program the child is enrolled in.

For this particular Magic Piano Preschool located in the Sailor neighborhood, the monthly subsidies for 180 children amount to approximately $46,800—according to a response we received from the Governor's office.

According to available data from FIN, Magic Piano Preschool employed 157 staff members on an hourly basis in 2021, which represents a slight decrease of 4.27 percent compared to the previous year.

Total revenues for 2021 reached 3.71 million dollars, marking a 4.24 percent increase over the prior year. In 2021, the business reported a net profit of $871,655.

The EBIT for 2021 stood at 1.09 million dollars, while the EBITDA for the same period was 1.30 million dollars.

velvetmason14 said:Petranovic really exposed the truth about agitator No. 3.

Let's take a look at Virginia Mudric's political machine. Their specialty? Using kids as leverage. 😉

TUESDAY: Preschool

Bit by bit, the situation surrounding one of those private preschools in San Francisco is unfolding exactly as expected. Once the Governor's office discovered they had been receiving an illegal discount on their municipal rent, they offered a new contract based on the original, fair terms. Instead of complying, the owner incited the parents to launch an offensive—which is essentially a blatant attempt at extortion.

She stays relatively quiet herself, which isn't surprising: either she lets others do her dirty work, or she avoids the spotlight to prevent people from noticing that she pulls in millions in profit every year—over a million dollars in 2021 alone, for instance.

And remember, we're talking about a private preschool operating out of public, city-owned property.

We still don't have a logical explanation for this farce. It’s simply a fifteen-year-old pattern of freeloading off public assets, a practice established back when local entrepreneurs were running the city in coalition with the Republican Party, and it just kept rolling along due to momentum.

It’s a common theme here: a "private" initiative only succeeds if it’s built on the back of the community—whether it's through hunting, land, or whatever else is shared.

Also, the Sold party uncovered some interesting numbers. Virginia receives about $550,000 annually from the city. In older currency, that would be roughly $4 million.
But it's hard for them to pay a reasonable price for the space they occupy. ☕

The City of San Francisco pays the owners of Magic Piano Preschool $46,800 every single month! Her revenues are in the millions, yet the parents are looking to the Governor's office for salvation.

Regarding the Magic Piano Preschool in the Sailor district, the monthly subsidy for 180 children amounts to approximately 46,800 dollars — according to the response from the Governor's office.

It’s cute how everyone is monitoring the forums and waiting for some guy from the coast to drop a snippet of the financial report just so they can actually find it. 🤣 Honestly, this should have been checked the second a company started whining about not having enough cash to cover their agreed-upon rent.

It’s wild they even bothered to dig up exactly how much subsidy they're pulling from the city. 👍
Now if only they’d actually investigate why someone who claims to be "apolitical"—despite sitting on over $1.5 million two years ago—is out here threatening that kids will end up on the streets just because they want a few extra grand in rent that should've been there from day one. But hey, you guys handle that.😁

Funny how those "individuals" just happen to belong to one specific party most of the time. 🕺
It’s like they all act in this weird, synchronized hive mind. Then, once the truth actually comes out, suddenly everyone’s acting like they were just "acting alone." 😁 🤦

Look, I’ve already posted about this. The city owns 10% of the site, but guess what? The IRS is basically just sitting on their hands saying "investigations are ongoing." Pathetic. And honestly, this isn't just a failure of the Republican Party or the USA—this goes back way before them to factories from the old regime. Just Google Dr. Tocilj; she worked on this, but nothing was ever properly cleaned up. Bojan put out a statement saying they approached the inspectors, but those clowns just keep claiming they're investigating without ever actually finding the source of the arsenic and all these other toxins 🙂 meanwhile, Rudy Giuliani is on N1 blathering on about guitars, the Republican Party, and fines. And he’s lying. Plus, with this new Municipal ordinance, outdoor speakers are banned everywhere, except for the Peristyle, which somehow gets a pass for "live music" disguised as a special event (which, by the way, can't last 7 months straight). They basically just bypassed their own rules.
I totally agree that air quality and trash are the biggest issues in San Diego right now. The fact that most citizens can't see them, so they don't think they're problems, is a whole other level of stupidity.

Did the local government cave to veteran advocacy groups? They were facing eviction from their headquarters at the Heritage Estate, yet they maintain: ‘We aren’t trespassers.’

COMPROMISE OR COERCION? The municipal energy board will resume operations only if all utility rates are stripped of special discounts.

They finally broke him.

She didn't just fight for her own discounted rate, she fought for all the other daycare centers too. Honestly, major props to her. If everything is actually true, then the local administration really dropped the ball on this one, I guess. We're just waiting on their official word.
