It doesn't matter, whenever Slobodan starts making drama
Bojan can do it too.
Everyone’s been resharing yesterday’s news (that post on Bojan's FB) just because of how it was framed😬

And that article by Rnjić? It was in Slobodan's paper😂

Plus, barging into Maja's office like that—claiming you're checking in somewhere else at the front desk—is just rock bottom.

Typical.//🤮

Here is a snapshot from the campaign finally being put into practice today. In San Diego, we are establishing order, and there will be zero compromise for anyone who created this mess or exploited it for their own gain. No amount of threats or intimidation is going to stop this. Neither Ivica nor Maja Đerek are intimidated by anyone; as for those of you who thrive on chaos, you should probably worry about the court of public opinion instead. The citizens have had enough of the disorder, and they know exactly who is doing things the right way.

Since Ivica and Bojan aren't stepping up, I guess Marijana has to step in.

I mean, wasn't Ivey just screaming at Derrick recently because she sent a legal notice to one of his buddies? Then this lady starts crying and running straight to Paul

To me, this whole thing just looks like smoke and mirrors—just trying to boost visibility and play the victim. Nothing else is actually happening

The main thing is that those jerks from the Republican Party are all focused on attacking Ivey's reaction instead of actually addressing Al Boraska...

David L., is that you? 🤣
Honestly, what else can you guys come up with to be bitter about?

From where I'm sitting, this looks like another case of some local tough guy showing off after being handed an apartment for pennies when he clearly owns several others nearby.
But hey, maybe you're right, David... 😁

Word on the street is that Al Boraska was renting that place out for a serious amount of cash.🤔

Aside from making direct threats against Derrick and Paul...
Just the facts, nothing more, nothing less. Here’s the transcript from the Department of Defense...
What kind of shameless garbage did the Free Press just publish...

Neither the Department nor Slobodan could even think about filing criminal charges against that veteran...

California is truly being sold off bit by bit 🤣
Sal Licic, who usually spends his time moderating useless conferences for state corporations and federal agencies, is now looking for a quick buck through shady under-the-table deals 😂

Sal, don't sweat it. Once you clear out the riffraff from city property, we can start leasing things out properly so the city actually sees some revenue.
Those agency types—they're the most "dedicated" kind of people you'll meet... both in name and in reputation!

GIVE US THE PROFITS!
I respect the concern for public assets, but if San Francisco becomes just a museum without actual residents or life, nobody is going to care about it tomorrow.

I have to admit, finding out about Maya Derrick was an even bigger revelation to me than discovering Bob. 👍 He is a massive thorn in the side, not just for the political landscape here in San Francisco, but for the entire business community too—including his media partners. It's like a grit in the eye that won't wash out.
Look, velvetmason14, you can certainly give them grief about their terrible PR strategy if you want, but honestly? For what she’s actually accomplishing out there, they don't even need a press release.

velvetmason14 said:Boraska is just an old-school grifter. He actually raised his hand to support the local Eric Adams - Baltasar, who then went ahead and handed his wife a job at a city agency without even opening it up for applications. Naturally, Boraska voiced his opposition 😂

Now this guy refuses to return an 85-square-meter apartment just so his family can house some "extreme social case" 🤦

Back in 2015, Councilman Boraska’s wife was hired by a city-owned corporation

Councilman Boraska confirmed to us that his wife was hired at the San Francisco Waterfront about ten days ago. He claims he was against it
.
His wife previously worked at the Airport as an independent procurement officer, and now she'll be handling commercial affairs at the San Francisco Waterfront. As per usual, there was no public job posting.

Watch out for these low-life mercenaries from Sell California. They actually called Boraska just so he could explain precisely what was going down 🤣 both behind closed doors and under the official banner...

We reached out to Igor Boraska to get him to walk us through exactly what happened Tuesday at Maja Đerek's office.

Al Boraska is an absolute legend in the San Francisco sports scene. We’re talking about an Olympian with actual hardware around his neck. He’s also a permanent fixture in the local branding landscape. Honestly, a powerhouse athlete like him deserves more than just housing opportunities—we should be clearing the path for him to run businesses without all these ridiculous restrictions! All this political jealousy aimed at someone of his stature? It’s nothing more than a rigged game designed to tear people down.

Man, look at what Maja is actually pulling off
--making those Republican Party types look totally ridiculous while they just fade away
--honestly, nobody’s ever humbled them quite like this before
--Ed Garvey really needs to give her a massive shoutout in San Francisco for everything she’s doing for the city

Take my neighbor in my building, for example... a gold medalist and he isn't getting a single apartment...

And what about that rower Franković? Is he getting an apartment too? He used to compete in the doubles and the eights...

That beer is basically "fix it, Tamara." Just total chaos.
Maybe we should just rename the whole thing to "Maja’s Great Sweep," don't you think? It fits perfectly.

If that hadn't been sitting right next to the altar, it would have been hanging out there all by itself. It’s like when you place a centerpiece too far from the table—it just loses its sense of purpose. If it weren't positioned so closely, it would be completely isolated.

How much of a PR disaster do you have to be to fail at leveraging what Đerek is doing while she’s busy tearing through the trash?🤦

Ed Garvey needs to cut ties with those two pathetic kingmakers and start openly backing competent people who actually know their jobs. It’s time to clear out the ancient, ineffective crowd from the Banovina administration who have exhausted everyone with their incompetence and shady dealings.

Half the term is already gone; what are they waiting for?

He should start with this crony, Dalibor Lovrić, who spends his working hours writing hit pieces against colleagues instead of being at his desk. That would be a fair and decent starting point. 😁

The way Usranko Lovrić Quote operates.
Quincy:
Basically, Lovrić lashed out at his newly appointed boss, the department head Siniša kuk, making sure—in his self-righteous fervor—that the letter he sent him made its way to the public. Kuko took issue with Lovrić over something that is standard management anywhere on the planet: ensuring that the people working under him are actually at their desks and performing their duties. But apparently, that isn't how things work in Banovina. From what can be gathered in Lovrić's latest letter, Kuko was simply asking him to account for his whereabouts—if he wasn't at his desk—on Wednesday between 2:30 PM and 3:19 PM, when he had tried to reach him several times.

Something weird happening in San Diego: The State Inspectorate is occupying city business spaces without authorization

The City of San Diego says the agency meant to check illegal construction is actually using office space without any contract or legal basis. Meanwhile, the Inspectorate claims everything is totally legal according much to the rules.
I guess this whole thing with city real estate in San Diego is just crazy. Like, what was even happening? It seems like such a mess, and I wonder how much money was lost from the city treasury. Maybe Jerry Sanders could just talk about what they did with city property during his next term, and that would be enough, I suppose.

And that’s just one single city, focusing on just one tiny slice of municipal operations—and that's assuming one woman (or maybe a whole team?) actually managed to dig up any of it. Where are all the other departments? What about the rest of the city's business, or other cities, counties, and eventually the federal level?

Forget everything else—if seniors weren't pulling double pensions without a shred of intergenerational solidarity, we'd be able to fix even a fraction of this organized crime. Because let's call it what it is: this isn't just petty theft or influence peddling. This is systematic organized crime being carried out under the protection of the top brass. It’s pretty obvious you can get things done if you actually have the will to do it...

Offense is the best defense. They need to shift the focus, especially when they can pick on someone like him who basically walked right into it anyway....

I don't quite get why someone doing Maja's job needs to run a constant PR campaign just to keep Ed Garvey in the loop.

Honestly, I don't see what the big deal is. Mary is just doing the job she was hired to do, so why all the endless commercials and noise? Where are all those critics now who were whining about what she’d actually contribute or questioning her asset disclosures? Please... I highly doubt any local hire could even last a week in that seat without folding under the pressure.

I've heard that story from other sources too, but without actual names, it’s worthless.

I hope it isn't true because Mary does good work. It would be a shame if she's just rigging the system to hand those apartments over to her cronies.

"Every single time"? Seriously? Think about the last time the Mayor actually spoke up about the Department Head situation—I haven't heard a peep from him in ages.
He’s just staying quiet and playing it safe... Honestly, man, man up and clearly support the woman who's doing all the heavy lifting for him. It's frustrating. 😁
And that PR crew acts like they're still celebrating last year's election victory.

I heard the same thing; a friend mentioned it to me at the farmer's market. She said the Department Head hooked up her father, aunt, and uncle from the Midwest with those luxury condos owned by Jewish developers. I truly hope it's not true because that would be a real tragedy. Hopefully, it's just a rumor, but I trust my source... Just passing along what I've heard on the forum.
It would be a real shame, if you ask me. 😉

Slobodna reported that Maja filed the complaint
I swear I saw it yesterday on the local news sites and the regional forums
but I can't find it anywhere in Slobodna

Anderson Cooper is going to be furious 🤣

Why isn't this masterpiece part of the Deluxe Edition? I’d subscribe in a heartbeat if they actually had more than two subscribers. 😁 what a loser...

A little background on Anderson Cooper. After two months, her people were demanding she be kicked out of the Sold 2021 publication. 🙏

2021. - Journalists at the American Tribune attacked the editor-in-chief, demanding her resignation.
