Brutal trolling on the Formula 1 sub

Greetings.

I am reaching out regarding the constant, aggressive trolling occurring within the Formula 1 subforum. To be clear—it isn't just certain users; even some moderators are uncheckedly trolling about topics that have absolutely nothing to do with this board and have no business being here.

Example 1:

This thread is completely UNACCEPTABLE and does not belong on this board—just look at who started it. They’re debating some random President (I haven't the slightest clue what the argument is even about) and dropping offensive, inappropriate comments that don't belong here, such as:

(Why hasn't this been penalized?)

(Same question.)

(And this one?)

Look—either you hand out red cards or you don't; that's your call, but I want this thread moved to a more appropriate section or deleted entirely—and frankly, those moderators should lose their status on this board. Furthermore, I am demanding penalties for maminha and this individual:

because their trolling is spamming nearly every single thread on this board. Nica, Anderson, and the rest—take note. Since they're failing, I am volunteering to run this board if they are held accountable for the reasons I've laid out.

Bottom line: I want a functional Formula 1 board with me at the helm if possible—or at least under someone sane. Allowing these threads to exist is pointless, and individuals need to be sanctioned.

Please provide a response regarding this matter.

The subject you're complaining about is actually just a general chat thread, much like our other PDF discussion boards where the atmosphere is significantly more relaxed and the primary goal is simply to engage in some lighthearted banter.

As for those other topics you mentioned—specifically the Formula 1 trivia quizzes and the various Q&A sessions—if they don't align with your personal preferences, then perhaps the simplest solution would be to merely refrain from participating in them altogether.

If you happen to spot a post that violates our community standards, please just click the small icon next to the message or send a private message to the moderators before deciding to escalate matters through a formal complaint on the site's grievance board.

If I may offer a bit of sincere advice, it might be beneficial for you to try and relax a little and learn to appreciate the diverse range of personalities that make up our vast American online community.

Should more administrators weigh in on this matter, we might find that this whole situation could eventually settle down under the circumstances.

I don't see what the big deal is with PDF number 46—it's been the exact same thing for a decade. Most sane people steer clear of it, leaving us misfits to hang out together. Besides, those "normal" types wouldn't know how to be true Formula 1 fans anyway, so just lock the thread.

The appeal is baseless. Case closed.
