Look, the whole point of a dictatorship is to exert control over everyone else, not you.

So when a regime takes over, suck up to them and play the part. Otherwise, you're just another face in the crowd.

So you're basically trivializing it.

Dictatorships don't even work. They either end in a bloodbath or some tyrant gets swapped out for someone even worse.

I mean, look at Africa and Latin America. They've been "blessed" by them.

And in Eastern Europe, people literally handed the keys right back to the communists in every single free election.

Andrew Booth29 said:So, let me get this straight... Pol Pot was actually a decent guy? He just got a little carried away—but then again, that was just the era we were living in, wasn't it? And as for Pinochet being some kind of monster—well, if you look at the actual numbers, he didn't take more lives during his entire reign than what those old regimes used to wipe out in a single afternoon. Is anyone actually paying attention to the scale of it all?

Man, give me a break. America becomes the face of evil just because of a few thousand folks in Guantanamo, but when China locks up a million people from a religious minority? Suddenly everyone’s acting all high and mighty...

It's pretty tough for places like Russia and those other autocracies to really infect Western democracies.

Plus, the end result is basically proxy warfare—at least according to those Russian theories floating around.

All this talk about multipolarity and "alternative social structures" and whatnot.

And besides Guantanamo, you're totally forgetting those black sites tucked away in Eastern European democracies—just imagine being thrown into a prison that doesn't even officially exist.😁

China isn't even trying to lecture anyone about democracy, corruption, or the rights of these supposed social minorities.
Have you ever even read about how American federal prosecutors filed a report with the Chinese embassy?😁

Look, maybe he was homophobic, sure, but even if you grant that he made some pretty questionable remarks about Black people back when he was in Cuba, the guy actually went to fight in the Congo alongside local revolutionaries, so I don't know if you can really pin "racism" as his defining characteristic. He was a radical leftist during an era when class struggle was basically the entire playbook for that movement, right?

I mean, let's be real, I bet 99% of them probably hadn't even heard of her or Dugina until today, right?!

So basically, the allied parties in the European Union and the USA—you know, the ones who vibe with that controversial philosopher and Putin—are gonna lose big during this realignment.
Or maybe they'll just drop down to those... "normal" extremists sitting at under 5%.

For about ten years, they actually had some real influence in the West—they were even celebrating Putin back home.

electricstag9 said:When Ukrainians strike down warships or blow up ammunition depots inside the Russian Federation, or even hit targets in Crimea, suddenly it’s all just a "tragic accident." It’s a coincidence, or something just happened to catch fire—nobody ever points the finger at the Ukrainians. But the second Darya Dugina was killed? Oh, immediately everyone starts blaming Ukraine. That’s the clearest sign possible that they had absolutely nothing to do with it. They have much smarter operations to run and far more critical targets to hit. As for who actually pulled the trigger on her, I don't think we'll ever know, much like how the true perpetrators behind other high-profile hits in Russia always remain a mystery.

She didn't deserve to die, but there are others who deserve our mourning—thousands of young men (including her own countrymen) who were slaughtered in this war that she and her uncle so enthusiastically championed. She was nothing more than a war agitator. According to her, Ukrainian soldiers are "war criminals" who don't deserve to live, yet there she was, posing for photos in Mariupol right in front of U.S. Steel...

In a recent interview with the Russian channel 1RNK Dugina claimed that the atrocities committed during the Russian occupation of the Ukrainian city of Bucha were nothing more than American propaganda.

I don't really have anything else to add here.🤷

It’s pretty hard to watch, too—honestly. Why didn't the President just go himself?
Biden, what actually went down? Dugin was clearly the target, but who was really pulling the strings?

Haha.
He could take down every CEO and billionaire in the country, leaving their families in ruin, and still face zero consequences.
But the moment a single grenade goes off and threatens his favorite guru's daughter—suddenly, we’re all expected to weep!

And here go our local media outlets again, desperately scrambling to justify the assassination of this complete nobody. wtf

Looks like that fake democratic veneer they love to flaunt is cracking pretty fast, I guess.

Hundreds of kids are dying in Ukraine, yet people are losing their minds over some insignificant figure. Then they have the nerve to lecture us about how the world is upside down at the coffee shop.

I’ve scanned all the major US news outlets and haven't seen anything like that. Can you drop a link to an article actually justifying a murder? Thanks.

It honestly looks like the Russian military is trying to scare away whatever tiny handful of tourists are actually left hanging out in Crimea. I just saw this clip where Russian helicopters are flying incredibly low over the beach, basically dropping decoys and defensive gear just a few feet away from people trying to sunbathe. I mean, seriously, what kind of idiots do that? They're totally oblivious to how much they're freaking people out.

⚡️Russian Helicopters fly over vacationers on The coast of Yevpatoria in occupied Crimea, launching active defense equipment right off the coast. Check out this footage making the rounds on social media. https://t.co/7AwumXMvBa

🤮

The killing started with the people who actually picked up weapons first. We all know who they were and where that supposed "spontaneous uprising of unarmed civilians" actually came from.

As far as I can remember, nobody shed a single tear when Biljana Plavsić died—if anything, they were happy about it.

She’s just collateral damage from their internal power struggles. Honestly, I couldn't care less.

If someone had taken out Dobrica Ćosić back in '91, they would have been hailed as a hero. Instead, we have the Great Satan (as Basara calls him) living out his old age in peace, while we continue to bury the victims of his agenda even today.
