Got a few distant shots here

I don't know, man. My only logical take is that they're out there spraying for mosquitoes.
if they honestly think a bit of smoke is going to hide a massive bridge in the age of GPS, then they’re even more clueless than I originally thought.11 miles😁

Local agents are likely just playing WoW and ordering cheap junk from Aliexpress under Putin's portrait, while they spend their time posting exotic food pics and restaurant reviews on IG trying to become travel influencers.

I hope you're right.

If we need to build a physical wall too, count me in.

Don't you get it? They've already shot down the ones that haven't even left the assembly line yet.

It's possible they're even stalking this forum, so someone's posts or analyses might end up being used as "undeniable proof" of American support.🙂

You’re missing the point here. There really isn't any need for them to lurk or dig through archives when they can just manufacture their own "evidence" whenever it suits them.

It’s like trying to hide a heavy artillery unit in a washing machine and tucking the radar system under a toilet seat. That’s why they tend to stick to quieter routes; they were basically looting the same spots during their previous pushes through the North because there simply wasn't an S-300 anywhere to stash them.

unless we're looking at some sort of old-school smoke signals or something equally primitive🤔 then who knows what their actual endgame might be,😁

It would actually make sense if they were setting up some kind of air defense system there first, perhaps using a little smoke before they attempt any actual masking. From what I can see, there's smoke rising near the shoreline by the bridge. It's a certainty that whatever area is currently obscured by that smoke will become a primary target for intense orbital analysis once the satellite passes over that sector.

It's just a joint drill—military, civil defense, and National Guard. As for the bridge itself, they aren't doing much damage, but they *are* successfully hiding convoys crossing over from drone detection (unless those drones are rocking thermal cameras).

It’s not all self-explanatory, though.
I have a friend who could write an entire manifesto on why Putin is right and why Ukrainians should just take out Zelensky themselves.
He happens to be Italian, but I guarantee you there are plenty of people like him right here in the States.

"Goodwill" at Snake Island Russia ended up costing $915M in military gear (though let’s be real, most of that junk probably just ended up at the bottom of the ocean with the Moscow submarine, maybe $750M worth)

Those are the types of people who pretty much exclusively get their news from those weird "alternative" conspiracy sites.

So what? We're talking about massive profits and budget surpluses here.
Money to burn, I guess.

Bingo.
My husband sent him links to statements from the Press Secretary, Antony Blinken, and even the Russian ambassador to Canada, but the guy just claimed he wouldn't read such aggressive, pro-Western propaganda.

Well, obviously they’re more clueless than you think. What else do you expect from a bunch of corrupt cronies who basically built their entire careers through nepotism? You only see the smart ones when they actually have the sense to get out of Russia—the ones staying behind aren't exactly winning any prizes.

Putin: "We’re speeding up the integration of Belarus with Russia"

Honestly, it sounds like he's just frustrated that Lukashenko isn't jumping into the war headfirst. Plus, let's be real—the Belarusians have already tried to push back against Russian boots on their soil a few times, only to be "persuaded" otherwise by force. It feels like he's decided to just grab whatever he can get while he still has the chance, before it all slips through his fingers.

Imagine if Lukashenko fires a nuclear missile at Ukraine or Poland on Putin's orders, then Putin just shrugs and disavows him, cleans house, and installs some other puppet. Would that kind of tactic even work for them?

This is basically a golden opportunity for the Belarusians to stand up and do what they do best. If they don't, they're stuck being a backwater territory run by Moscow forever.

People decide what the truth is before they even start looking, then they only follow sources that validate their own delusions.

Honestly, Lukashenko isn't nearly as dim-witted as he lets on. He plays this "clueless guy" persona for the cameras, but the man is way too slick and smooth to be the simpleton he pretends to be in politics.

Then again, if the EU or the US told him, "Hey, no worries, you can rule until the day you die and we won't meddle," he’d probably flip his stance faster than you could blink.

I mean, imagine if NATO invaded Belarus and Russia just sent a message saying "don't get involved" or something.

Lukashenko is probably just going to play the victim and claim those missiles were fired by the Russian military.
Which—let's be honest—is technically true. Neither Belarus nor Ukraine has the kind of cash required to fund their own nuclear programs anyway.

I don't really see the issue, just another special operation to denazify Belarus.
