COME AND SEE

And if that happened, we’d be looking at a legitimate Article 5 situation.
Plus, looking at how things are playing out in Ukraine, I honestly think the Turks could hold their own against them in a conventional conflict.

Honestly, this is starting to feel like a total joke to me🤦

I think you might have misinterpreted that Danish TV report a little bit.
The Czech, Polish, and Swedish Football Associations released a joint statement saying they won't be playing in Russia during the World Cup playoffs.
Those are the specific countries that were scheduled to face Russia.

Zachary Roberts said:Is there any actual data on Russian losses that doesn't just come from Ukrainian sources?
If it’s true they've lost 3,500 people so far, not even counting today's casualties, then Ukraine is putting up a hell of a fight.
It’s wild. When I check our local news sites, they're acting like Ukraine is right on the edge of collapsing. But then you look at international news or jump on X and see videos showing Russians pushing everywhere.
It's confusing.

That 3,500 figure is their total loss

Which would mean about 2,300 soldiers lost across all fronts to date... most likely around Kyiv.

I simply cannot wrap my head around the Russians. I find myself wondering, what is the actual objective behind these incursions deep into enemy territory, such as a landing near Lviv with a mere 60 paratroopers?

I’m lost. What am I even looking at here?

Are those Ukrainian soldiers?
And who are the guys fleeing in the car?

It’s especially egregious when you consider how they unearth two or three massive corruption scandals every single year, not to mention the blatant cronyism that seems to happen on a near-daily basis. Honestly, how are people supposed to keep embezzling millions or carving out cushy government jobs for their cousins and buddies if they can't be certain that some investigative journalist won't eventually sniff it out?

Maybe it's because Putin wants to carry out de-nazification in Ukraine.
Ousting a Jewish president and killing a Jewish child seems like a pretty bizarre way to handle de-nazification.

Negotiations where? In Moscow?

I bet those same Mexicans are saying the exact same thing about Ukraine right now... because of psychopaths like this, the whole world gets dragged into war—trying to force peace through violence.

It's like if I went over to my neighbor's house and torched his car just to show him he can't park where I want, then claimed the lady next door egged me on because she took his spot first...

If they get kicked out, it means those foreign exchange reserves—at least the part Russia holds in dollars and euros—become useless, plus banks won't be able to trade internationally... and so on.

Trust me, I know what SWIFT is.

If this wave—this FTW wave—actually holds and the Ukrainians pull through, I guess Putin might just emerge from his bunker looking completely bald 🤣

Look, I get it. It's literally their doctrine.
I honestly thought they'd be way more efficient over these last three days—instead of just getting their supply columns absolutely hammered by airstrikes.

War isn't just about guns, tanks, or fighter jets. It’s not even about being a hundred times stronger than whoever you're attacking. You can pull off a massive breakthrough, sure, but where exactly are you going to go?
In Kyiv?
And then what?
That is a question that is incredibly difficult to answer.

Taste is subjective—some women actually prefer bald men. Personally, I’m not a fan of the look, but you can't always pick, can you? For now, I've just got some thinning on top, though it's been a slow crawl for ten years. I still have hair, technically, but once you get used to shaving it all off, it becomes a routine. It's much like how Ukrainians might eventually get used to the routine of shaving Chechens and Russians—it just becomes what you do. 😁

Stay strong, Ukraine. They really need to bolster the defenses down south; things are definitely leaking there. That front seems a bit neglected—you can't win a war by fighting on just one side. Zelenskyy, I hope you're reading this forum. 🤣

I mean, if there are really as many of them as they claim to be, why aren't they out there fighting on the front lines instead of hiding behind families and apartment buildings?

Are you actually being serious with this comment? 🤦

Man, you can't even say that without getting roasted, huh? Like, remember when they were trying to pull off those negotiations in Moscow? Hehe, honestly, Putin went a little overboard there—it’s a miracle he didn't suggest meeting in some random suburb of Chicago instead.🙏>

Why don't you just email the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense with your brilliant tactical advice? Just make sure to mention you mean well! 🍿

Frank Nguyen37 said:This is the perfect spot to grab a quick laugh before heading downtown for coffee. Between the IBM strategists, the armchair experts, and the self-proclaimed war gurus—it’s quite the show!🤣

It's especially hilarious how people claim the Russians are stuck and haven't captured a single significant city. Listen, kids—if you actually look at the Russian push deep into the directions they hit, it was nothing short of the fastest advance in warfare history. Maybe try comparing it to German blitzkriegs or the American invasion of Iraq before drawing conclusions? It beats embarrassing yourselves by parroting propaganda pamphlets from "independent media" or some British Defense Minister whom even Biden wouldn't bother meeting because he's just that irrelevant. Honestly, it's fascinating that there aren't massive casualties yet—thank God for that. The only real carnage I saw was near Kherson, where a 15-kilometer convoy was absolutely wrecked—something the IBM warriors insist were Russian losses. They weren't; those were Ukrainians caught in the crosshairs of Russian airpower.

If only the IBM-tire strategists would actually do some research and realize Russia is currently attacking with only about 30,000 to 40,000 troops, plus maybe 30,000 local rebels (for context, Americans stormed Iraq with over 300,000 and it still took them about three weeks to take Baghdad)...

Look, I hate war. I don't support what Russia is doing (even if, geostrategically speaking, it's a move forced by necessity—otherwise, we'd be talking about the collapse of Russia and the carving up of its remains within a decade or two). But I despise the dishonest West even more—those who wrap their own warmongering and coup-driven nonsense (which is incomparably larger than Russia's) in pretty little propaganda packages about fighting for democracy and human rights. They're basically just showing up in Russia's backyard to cause trouble and stir the pot.

Not a bad post at all.

Translate this into Russian and distribute it to Putin's soldiers somewhere near Kharkiv so they have something to read during their downtime.

The worst part is that deep down, you actually know none of this is true. 🤣
