Jeremy Peterson4 said:So, the Canadian government decided this past Saturday to shut down their airspace to any Russian planes because of the invasion of Ukraine. On top of that, they’re dropping 100,000 euros on the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to help with humanitarian aid over there, according to their foreign ministry.

Think the US will follow suit soon?

Honestly, I'm surprised we haven't already—Anemija's words carry some serious weight.

Borders don't mean much. You can wreck a country from the inside by backing terrorists and stuff like that. Those offensive setups on the border are just one way to apply pressure.

We aren't talking about 500—it's closer to 5,000.

If you actually kicked Russia out of Swift, it would basically mean turning off the lights for German industry entirely.
It also means—and I guess this is an obvious point—that many people working overseas wouldn't be able to send money back home to the States.

That’s just how it works. For that reason, Germany wouldn't lift a finger if Russia were to hypothetically attack the Baltic states, Poland, or the US... because the gas has to keep flowing. Everything else is secondary to that...

If Ukraine can just make it through this current wave, I swear, the trolls on this thread are going to be working harder than people in a sweatshop in Bangladesh!

Adolf Hitler's little scheme to crush the Ukrainian defense within three or four days has already gone up in smoke. As time drags on, he's just going to find himself in an even tighter spot...

And if you haven't got a clue what kind of hardware we're actually looking at here, check this out

If this turns out to be true, then this guy is planning to pull the exact same stunt in Kyiv that he did in Grozny.

The reality is that Russia has set their terms for any talks—total surrender from the Ukrainian military. 🤣

Laura Scott7 said:Honestly, it’s just a bunch of cowards from these paramilitary groups and extremists who have all retreated into the cities, basically using regular people as human shields because they know damn well that Russia Putin isn't going to go dropping airstrikes on urban centers with civilians everywhere. I mean, if there are really as many of them as they claim to be, why aren't they out there fighting on the front lines instead of hiding behind families and apartment buildings?

Why don't you go down to Kyiv and ask them yourself?

Joseph Cruz said:I simply cannot wrap my head around the Russians. I find myself wondering, what is the actual objective behind these incursions deep into enemy territory, such as a landing near Lviv with a mere 60 paratroopers?

It's a classic move—stretching their forces thin with feints and fake attacks.

James Chavez91 said:If this wave—this FTW wave—actually holds and the Ukrainians pull through, I guess Putin might just emerge from his bunker looking completely bald 🤣

It’s basically do or die for them at this point.
The madman decided to go all-in with a full-force assault—tanks are sitting less than 19 miles away from Mariupol.

granitebison said:We really ought to start banning this kind of nonsense. The protests in Ukraine back in 2014 were sparked by the fallout over the deal with the EU; NATO was little more than a theoretical concept at that time.

Furthermore, during the 2008 summit in Bucharest, both Ukraine and Georgia were invited to join NATO.

What’s the hold-up on bringing back the death penalty? We've had this moratorium hanging around for ages, yet there's still massive support for reinstating it. Why the hesitation?

It’s just horrific. Honestly, unthinkable. How can anyone think it's okay for a projectile to hit an apartment building?

Oh, sure. Especially since they’re just so incredibly "precise," according to the Russians. 🤣
If it were actually a military target, they'd be hitting it from the other side—assuming there weren't buildings in the way, of course.

"WORD ON THE STREET IS THE RUSSIANS TOOK OVER THE BERDYANSK AIRFIELD
Apparently, word is circling that the Russians have grabbed hold of the Berdyansk airfield. We're still waiting for some official confirmation, but if this turns out to be true, it basically means the road to Mariupol is wide open for them.

It’s honestly pathetic that Ukrainians don't just consult with Putin on how to properly organize their defense. Just more proof that they are the ones responsible for this war.

Rachel Allen55 said:And how isolated is China? We all know how that regime treats minorities and stuff. Just look at Hong Kong and everything else. Yet they still host everything under the sun, including the Olympic Games and whatnot.

Russia has ignited a war in Europe that could easily escalate into a much larger military conflict. The response from the West has to be radical and uncompromising.
There’s just no room left for half-measures. Putin has made it clear he isn't interested in negotiating...

Politically speaking, sure—but honestly, they don't care much about Ukraine. Their focus is really on Germany—it's all about securing those markets, keeping the gas flowing, and tapping into cheap labor.

Laura Scott7 said:Man, you can't even say that without getting roasted, huh? Like, remember when they were trying to pull off those negotiations in Moscow? Hehe, honestly, Putin went a little overboard there—it’s a miracle he didn't suggest meeting in some random suburb of Chicago instead.🙏>

The whole world immediately saw that as a provocation—just completely unprofessional.

It’s like me inviting you out for coffee in Vegas when I don't even have five bucks in my wallet.
(Okay, maybe it's not an exact comparison, damn it, but it feels just as ridiculous 🤣)

The clock is ticking, and honestly? The Ukrainians are just getting hungrier and better equipped by the day, while the Russians are running out of steam and losing their damn minds. We’ve gotta keep the funding flowing for this invasion; factories need to be cranking out weapons, gear, and ammo non-stop. We're talking tens of billions of dollars in Russian costs every single day. And all those sanctions? They're only going to make life even harder for them.

every single hour counts

Klitschko proved he’s the real deal, but he’s out there actually fighting in Kyiv

Major respect to the Ukrainians
