Has anyone actually tried this? I’m curious if anyone here has gone through the process—what was the experience like for you?

It’s kind of hard to say if there's actually been enough research done—depending on who you ask and how much digging you want to do into the conflicting studies about long-term benefits... but you're looking at an initial brain assessment for around $833, followed by individual Neurofeedback sessions that usually run about $100, or maybe $150–$83 for kids. Honestly, if you're talking about health, nothing else really matters...

The people peddling "wellness" solutions know that all too well, too.🍿

The reality is that while staying healthy doesn't turn a profit, keeping people sick certainly does.🎉

Which is totally fine. Except maybe when it hits your wallet—if you can afford to take a hit to your bank account for the sake of health (which should always be the priority and is priceless), then whatever. It’s NOT okay when "alternative medicine" turns into some "horse dewormer" bullshit. I mean medicine that isn't actually medicine, just straight-up disinformation meant to cause harm... not just draining a sick person's cash, but actively tanking health on an individual and even a community level. And look, health is priceless. It has to come first, during everything, and even after it's all over...
