The thing is, about 90% of people act like this coronavirus is some sentient creature flying through the air, thinking everything they touch or even mention is dangerous, that it never sleeps, is indestructible, and that we should just blindly follow whatever the CDC or the government tells us.

I have literally heard people tell me exactly that.

They say if this wasn't EXTREMELY dangerous, all these MASSIVE measures wouldn't be happening.

And following that logic—

When someone is in power, they naturally assume they're much smarter than the average Joe who isn't.

It just shows how out of touch you are. Why would anyone take your posts seriously?

Most people clawing their way into political positions are just narcissists who crave the ego boost of authority and the constant, hollow adoration of the masses. Does that actually make them smart? Of course not. If you ask me, our top politicians in Washington are mostly average at best, if not outright dim-witted. Honestly, half the time I listen to their press conferences and official statements, I walk away feeling like I've just spent twenty minutes listening to complete morons.

Look, who cares if it looks gross? this organism living on our faces doesn't actually have an exit strategy for its digestive system, which means they have incredibly short lifespans before they literally explode because they are packed full of waste. True. But the real kicker is that a human being wouldn't last five minutes without those bacteria.
