The candidate list is a disaster. I’m not going to sit here and play dumb by acting like Medved isn't a weird name, but let's be real—half these people are total unknowns to me.

Who even is that?

He's the Chairman of the Ethics Committee. Apparently, he was involved in some traffic accident that was classified as top secret, or something like that...

Plenković should have been out in California while Beroš Chicago was stuck in Washington, D.C.
I don't give a damn; they might as well just fire as many of them as possible.

The Republican Party just handed over the keys to the 2nd district to the Democratic Party on a silver platter.

9. John Thune
10. Beroš

Seriously, what is John Thune doing there? The Republican Party is leading this election with that quiet little administration minister.

That quiet minister who was basically throwing money around whenever things got messy. Maybe.

The first and third districts belong to the Democratic Party according to their own data. There's no way the Republican Party stands a chance there.

That's true, but I honestly think the Republican Party is going to pull in fewer seats than they usually do in those districts.

It honestly feels like these new scandals are being cooked up just to serve the Democratic Party🙏

If you guys in the Republican Party actually think this stuff is working in your favor, you’re dead wrong. You're watching your support vanish in real-time, day by day.

I’m sitting here wondering who’s really pulling the strings in this country and running these processes. I mean, seriously? Of all times, we have these things coming to light right in the middle of an election cycle?

Who's screwing who here?

It's pathetic.

He’s the local Republican Party chairman over in Ohio. Honestly, he hasn't been able to win a single county election since he joined the Republican Party. The guy has all the charisma of a fly on a windshield.

Now Plenković is calling on the Department of Justice to turn around and start investigating the Democratic Party too.

Talk about being a day late and a dollar short.

The Democratic Party is spreading through everything like a virus, using those Trojan horse tactics to sneak in everywhere.

Seriously, this level of recklessness and pure arrogance is going to be their downfall again.

My personal theory? Plenković was basically using these investigations to purge the Republican Party of all those old Karamarko loyalists, and now they're all getting swept up. It’s brilliant, really—he managed to kill two birds with one stone. He gets to play the "tough on corruption" hero while simultaneously wiping out anyone within the party who was plotting against him.

Honestly, I doubt it.

In Washington, D.C., they'll grab the usual 4 or 5... probably the same in the XI district. It's pretty much what they always get.

Just a few years back—only five years, really—when those "patriotic" criminals were claiming to love America so much,

THE FALL OF THREE 'WIZARDS AND PROPHETS' FROM THE REPUBLICAN PARTY Five Years Ago Karamarko, Brkić, and Rimac were the big stars, but nowadays, nobody even gives them a second thought.

Forget all that "cleaning up" nonsense, when are they actually going to cave?

The Democrats are acting like literal guerrilla insurgents at this point, tearing down the last few defenses. They're absolute pros at that kind of sabotage.
Honestly, we could probably learn a thing or two from them if we wanted to be that ruthless.

They’re in real trouble in the second, sixth, and seventh districts... The second is struggling because of njonja, and the sixth because of Božinović (though Marijana Petir might actually make an impact there—and maybe give Božinović a hard time in the process). The seventh is a mess since it stretches all the way from the coast to Central Park. I have no idea why they included Medved there; probably because of Columbus, but that’s only a tiny slice of that district...

The Mayor of Columbus and leader of the Liberal Party, Dario Hrebak, along with former HSS-ovka and ex-member of the European Parliament, Marijana Petir, are both running in the upcoming elections on the Republican Party's ticket.

It hasn't been officially announced yet which specific lists they will be on or exactly which positions they'll be eyeing, but Plenković has already confirmed that the agreement to run together with them is firmly in place.

Finally! If the Mayor of Metković—who basically acts as the alpha and omega for his entire party—could just jump into a coalition with the Republican Party only to have them crush him in Metković back in 2017, then Hrebak can certainly afford to push things back another year. He might as well hand over his seat to a coalition partner and just pull the plug on the Liberal Party once and for all.
