The card network they assign you depends entirely on where you're located, so there isn't really an option to pick your own...

But honestly, both Visa and Mastercard can be used online, as well as virtually anywhere in the world that accepts card payments, so it's pretty much a non-issue since you'll rarely ever run into a shop that takes one but not the other...
