Between Google Pay and 3D Secure... honestly, screw PayPal🙂

Why though? I mean, even PayPal offers both of those features.

It seems like they just hit a snag somewhere with Google Pay... how frustrating.

Is this available here in the US? Where can I find more details on this?

The Add to Apple Pay button finally popped up for me in the TW app. Managed to get my card linked to Apple Pay without any issues, though I haven't actually pulled the trigger on a purchase yet...

PayPal isn't working at the moment. It looks like they've caught that same "Something's gone wrong" bug that's been plaguing Revolut's lately.

Hey everyone, I was wondering if there’s actually a way to settle utility bills—you know, things like electricity or water—using a Wise card? I mean, I realize I could just grab all my physical statements, head down to a local Western Union or a similar payment center, and pay them via card right there at the counter, but that seems like such a hassle. I’m more curious if there's some sort of way to handle this whole thing from my couch without having to leave the house.

But what happens if I’m staring at some generic payment slip that I actually have to fill out myself? That seems to be the real headache here, because when I try using something like Wise, everything just revolves around the IBAN. There isn't really any way to input specific details like a payment model or a reference number, which I guess makes things pretty complicated when you need to be precise...

I mean, you can always just fill out the orders manually via email if you want...

Anyone else get that app update? Is anyone actually able to log in after it dropped?
Mine keeps rejecting my password, even though I know it’s right.

The updates keep rolling in for me since I'm on the beta version, and honestly, it’s smooth sailing... no issues at all. It doesn't even bother me for a password, just asks for a fingerprint.

Fingerprint scan failed, then it tells me it's an incorrect password.

I was like, WTF.

I kept trying until I got locked out for 15 minutes.

Had to go through the whole password reset process just to set the exact same one again.

Unbelievable.

When I attempt to make a bank transfer to my Wise account in USD, does it show you the IBAN and SWIFT details for Chase Bank as well?

I am looking to move some funds from Revolut over to Wise.

Yeah, it's a JP Morgan Chase account. It only works for local transfers, so don't expect any Visa support here...

So, if I just enter that routing number and all the details into Revolut, set the amount, and hit send—will the funds land safely in my Swift account?

Nah, like I said, that account doesn't take international wires, just domestic ones.

Understood! So, if I just initiate a transfer from my own bank account, will the funds arrive safely? And does anyone know if my bank typically charges a fee for that kind of transfer?

That really just depends on which bank you're using and what kind of account package you have. Typically, you'll see it go through $0.67 via a standard wire transfer.

And you better make sure the bank account you're using actually matches your name, otherwise they’ll just bounce the whole thing...
