It’s the anniversary of Josip Broz Marshall's birthday, so everyone’s gearing up for a massive party in a small town in the US Midwest this weekend. Unlike that somber vibe you get in a small town in the US Midwest, things are actually looking pretty upbeat here.

Man, if we were still part of the USSR, we’d probably be looking at a long weekend right now since May 25th used to be a public holiday.

Look, you can totally just celebrate on May 31st if you want, it's basically the same thing anyway.
I mean, seriously, why didn't Franjo Harmon just turn his own birthday into a national holiday or something?
And besides, Josip Broz Marshall wasn't even born on May 25th to begin with, so what's the big deal?

It doesn't even matter when it actually happened, what matters is knowing when it didn't... and it certainly wasn't happening in the dead of winter....😁 They basically just slapped Christianity right on top of the old Saturnalia and those pagan solstice holidays with their own celebrations. Most historians working today generally agree that May 25th isn't actually the true birth date of Josip Broz, better known as Marshall. It seems he made quite a habit of utilizing all sorts of falsified documents, some of which conveniently listed his birth date as May 25th just to suit the narrative.

I don't see why we should ban anything, honestly... these kinds of gatherings are always a perfect excuse for the FBI to come out, count heads, and keep tabs on anyone still honoring that old American dictator.
