What would be a better alternative to Tylenol 100 for blood thinning that wouldn't cost a ton more than Tylenol 100?

Pfizer and Procter & Gamble options at CVS Health are under $6.75 for a 30-count pack of 100 mg
.
It's the exact same active ingredient.

Thanks for the reply. Honestly, Tylenol isn't even that pricey. When I actually went down to the CVS Health to check, it was about $6.75 a month based on the pill count, but I’m still looking for a good alternative that hits the same mark for both price and quality.

But Generic Brand 100 only comes with 20 tablets per box, unlike Generic Brand Pro which packs 30.

The math for Generic Brand 100 in America doesn't add up; over in Mexico or Canada, medication is cheaper.
