The big ceremony is set to go down on January 6th, 2020.

I think it's pretty wonderful that Dylan and Paris Brosnan, the sons of actor Pierce Brosnan, are serving as this year's Golden Globes ambassadors.

Ricky Gervais will be stepping in as the host for the night, which should be quite entertaining.

Check out these promo clips.

I’m worried it won't even come close to being as brutal as it was back in the early 2010s. America has gone too far down the drain with all this PC nonsense, letting people dictate what kind of shows are allowed to happen.

And here we go—the inevitable whining has already started about how not a single woman was nominated in certain categories, like Best Director. 🤣

Jennifer Lopez got a nod 🎉 🎉

Constance Wu totally got snubbed for Best Comedy Actress, and Lupita didn't get anything either

Honestly, if any woman deserved a directing nomination, it would've been Lorene Scafaria! ☕

It’s genuinely gratifying to see Succession finally getting the recognition it deserves following that absolute masterclass of a second season.

Not much longer until the Golden Globes!

Here’s some of my predictions, plus a separate breakdown for TV shows.

I think NBC carries them every year.

I’ve watched a few of this year's nominees already. If I have the energy, I might catch Gervais's monologue before heading to bed.

It looks like the Nema Pro7 isn't making an appearance this year. I haven't the slightest clue where they could have moved it to.

If anyone happens to have a working streaming link or perhaps knows of a specific app hosting it, please do let me know.

If anyone happens to stumble across a full monologue from Ricky Gervais, could you please drop it in this thread? I’d really appreciate it. Thanks.

Honestly, these American awards ceremonies are just absurd. I’ve been sitting here reading through the winners for every single category, and it just keeps getting more and more ridiculous by the minute.

How on earth does Tarantino walk away with an Oscar for a screenplay this bad? It’s easily his worst work yet. And to think they passed over Parasite for this. 🤦

R.G. really laid it all out at the end. 😬

It’s wild that Gervais is back in the driver's seat after all that backlash. So many people were complaining that he went too far and refused to watch again, and even he didn't seem to think they'd hand him the mic a second time...

1917 by Spielberg, featuring those intense scenes near the Mississippi and along the Irish River😵

Tarantino’s style mixed with Pitt’s presence was exactly what I was hoping for—and honestly, it delivered. The whole thing is just pure cinematic genius.

You haven't even seen 1917, so how on earth can you comment on this?

The QT regarding the screenplay is laughable; this is easily his worst work yet. Honestly, almost every other nominated film has a better script than this.
