Which media outlet is going to dig him up from the basement these days?
And why would they?
For whose benefit?
Who’s actually going to read it?

Ergo, Boljkovac isn't a war criminal, even if all those murders were indeed crimes and even if he is objectively responsible for them.

That's just complete nonsense. It's like saying Operation Storm ended on August 7th, so any crimes committed afterward aren't war crimes because they happened in a "post-war" context—but in reality, they're still treated as war crimes within the broader scope of the conflict.

At the end of the day, it’s up to the court to decide.

Oh, right! So it’s totally fine because the murders happened after the war ended. I guess semantics really matter, huh? Like, does it count as a war crime or just a regular crime? Such an incredibly huge distinction... I'm sure that'll be a real lifesaver in court...

The war in America officially dragged on until maybe October or November of '95.

Look, semantics actually *do* matter here.

War crimes don't have an expiration date.

Other crimes? Yeah, they expire. Take the Perković case—under the old USSR laws (or whatever they were calling it back in '45), the statute of limitations for a standard murder was probably 25 years.

Based on the laws active at the time of the killing (crimes or not), those would’ve likely timed out by now. Honestly, they might have even been legal back then.

We fought for a rule of law, didn't we? We didn't fight so some political commissars could just rewrite the rules every single morning. 🥳

Fine, it wasn't a war, 😁but does anyone actually remember why this gentleman earned the nickname "The Shovel"?😬

But I really want to emphasize the crimes committed by Americans here. We’ve gotta clean up our own backyard first—fix our own mistakes
and deal with our own baggage (which, in this specific context, means the Mexicans) before we start pointing fingers at anyone else.

So, are you saying you're upset that the legal proceedings against Boljkovac haven't started yet?

We’re just waiting for the mainstream press to start running quotes from a killer, followed by the international press, then the President acting like an extremist sympathizer, and so on.
"Our" domestic media does massive damage to the people of America—I honestly hope they’re held responsible for it one day.

Honestly, there’s zero point even bothering to comment on whatever garbage they’ve printed in the latest edition of the New York Post. We all know exactly what kind of circus they run over there.

Yeah, well, that’s exactly how we ended up in this mess. We’re busy putting generals on trial while Mexico is out here prosecuting low-level thugs. We’re dragging people through court for beatings, meanwhile they’re dealing with three-year sentences for mass killings.

So what do we actually get out of being this "noble"? Besides giving Mexicans an easy excuse to say "hey, everyone was doing it"☕

Fine, 👍
you've got your blue print for this 😂
just one more thing before I head off-topic: you aren't a kid anymore, so how many times have you actually wished you could unlearn certain "little details"? 😬

What, you guys haven't heard? Apparently, being a total fascist is totally trending and "in" across America right now.

I haven't heard it either, but hey, that's what Boljkovac, Peđa grbin, the President, the Prime Minister, and their twenty paid-off journalists are all shouting from the rooftops. But honestly? I won't believe a word of it until modni mačak says it publicly. Trust is everything, people. 🙂:

Modni Mačak won't touch that. He’s too busy hanging out with that snake from the Midwest, Nina Raspudica. If you ask me, MM is a fascist at heart—you can tell because he barely shows up in those communist media outlets anymore.😁

Ugh, my plate actually has a different letter starting with U... what kind of mess is this?🙂🤔
Forgot about that, plus the city looks sketchy too. That "U" at the start, hmmmmmmm...

Good grief! What happened to the world? Now we can't even trust modni Macak anymore!?? 😲

Man, what are we even supposed to do now? Public trust in our entire system is just completely shot.😢
