Gregory Peterson2 said:What do you mean, "overthrowing the Republican Party"? Even after those big shots went to prison, they still finished out their term.
I'm pretty certain the Republican Party would win again (unless Kukurikacija pulls off another upset), and then who’s going to stand up to them? Veterans? The church? The nationalists? God forbid we accidentally trigger a backlash. ☕ The Republican Party can pick a fight with everyone for fifteen years straight, and you won't see any of that right-wing terror we deal with today under the guise of "family values" or cultural identity.

Bottom line: I wouldn't waste a dime on an election just to put that version of the Republican Party back in charge and watch Tomislav Karamarko serve as Prime Minister for four years.

Well, this group will finish their term too, but I'm just saying that doesn't stop the Republican Party from getting back in. In the U.S., if things keep going this way, you always find yourself voting against whoever is currently in office, at least until politics becomes a bit more civilized.

There was just as much pressure on the Republican Party before, think about the labor strikes, the daily protests, even people gathering outside the leader's house. The difference is, they weren't quite as intentional about provoking public fury by constantly digging into issues that everyone knows are just distractions—like those specific controversial figures or culture war flashpoints.

At the end of the day, both sides can be terrible, but this current administration is incredibly heavy-handed when it comes to trying to force public opinion.

I totally agree, I just think the Democratic Party is even worse as an opposition than they are as the ruling party.
Think about it: how incompetent do you have to be to witness the Prime Minister and the Secretary of Commerce both heading to prison, and instead of using that momentum to topple the government immediately, you just let the leader stay in office for two more years? To me, that is absolutely mind-boggling.
And honestly, that’s what scares me. When the Republicans eventually get back in, I worry there won't be an opposition strong enough to knock them down, especially since the Republicans are much better at playing the game.

We need to treat both parties with the same level of scrutiny. They are both awful, and we need to be constantly pushing back against both of them simultaneously.

In my view, the issue isn't really with the Democratic Party itself, but rather its leader—Joe Biden.
I honestly can't wrap my head around how anyone puts up with him.
The guy is just fundamentally incompetent, callous, and inconsistent—a total egoist, frankly. He’s not just dragging down his own party with this neoliberal agenda; he’s embarrassing the entire country with that arrogant, autocratic streak of his. At this rate, he’d probably fire the last janitor in the building just for looking at him sideways.
So, if you ask me, we need to clear him out, along with his little inner circle—including Kamala Harris and the Liberal Party. They're the ones responsible for this ruthless policy direction that has absolutely nothing to do with actual social democracy.

Don't go breaking anything by accident! 😠

Let the Democratic Party clean up all this absolute garbage, just so the Republican Party has plenty of stuff to screw up again for the next 8 years. 🥳

I am all for tearing down any incompetent government. My only issue is that I don't see anyone capable of stepping up to actually fix things—it’s just the same old who should we even vote for? 🤷
Replacing the Republican Party with the Democratic Party isn't the solution. We finally need a third option to emerge.

Trivia.

"Quote:"
Hamed Bangoura He launched a petition on Facebook demanding new elections in the United States. His proposal is blunt: no current political party should be allowed to run. He’s calling for all existing parties to commit to a voluntary four-year moratorium on their political activity.

------------------------

To the politicians in charge,

First, allow me to thank you for twenty-three years of relentless looting and the systematic dismantling of one of the most beautiful nations on Earth—a country that feels like God crafted it on his final Friday afternoon. Thanks to your esteemed political leadership, instead of being the crown jewel of the EU, we have become its laughingstock and its servant.

Let me be clear: your citizens are exhausted. They are drained, cheated, and utterly fed up. For twenty-three years, they’ve been subjected to the same relentless cycle—the same political players, the same cronyism, and the same recycled personnel. It’s like being stuck in a bad marriage with the same partner who refuses to change. So far, I am being polite and keeping my composure. I will try my best to maintain this tone.

When I talk about rough sex, there’s a specific term for when a handful of you take turns on one person—it's called a relay. That’s not group sex. In group sex, everyone actually enjoys themselves. This is just a relay, where you politicians line up to take turns brutally violating us.

Unfortunately, this kind of sexual relationship isn't something a nation enjoys; it’s pure suffering, akin to being victimized by assault. It isn't just about the immediate pain. It creates deep-seated trauma that, much like the lasting scars left on a survivor, leaves permanent damage. Because of this, the nation will struggle immensely to ever find true love or experience a healthy, normal connection again.

To our dear politicians: I have a suggestion. If you actually care about the prosperity and future of this country, my proposal is simple. Organize new elections in the US immediately.

I propose a total moratorium on anyone currently in politics—or anyone who has ever held office—running in these upcoming elections. It shouldn't matter if they held executive power or just sat in a legislative seat. We need a voluntary ban on all political parties and individuals who have been active in this system over the last 23 years.

There will be a four-year moratorium on elections for you and your party members. After that period concludes, you may reapply for candidacy, allowing the public to vote you back into the very power you seem so fond of holding.

Four years is enough time. If we can bring in honest, capable, and skilled leaders—people who actually know what they're doing—we could finally decontaminate this country. We need fresh programs and progressive ideas. With a few radical measures, we wouldn't just be making incremental changes for the next decade; we would be pulling this nation a full 180 degrees in the right direction.

If they fail, you’ll be back in four years. We’ll go right back to accepting your order, falling in line without a single complaint or second thought.

What’s your argument? You can't honestly claim this isn't a fair shake. It’s a fair deal for a public that’s fed up with every administration they’ve ever had and is desperate for a fresh start. It’s also a fair deal for you. You get a vacation—a chance to step away from the grind of manual labor, recharge your batteries, and find enough strength to pick up right where you left off if this new, untainted government fails to deliver.

I’ll end this letter with a simple request. I am asking my friends, my followers, and everyone in their circles to help push this civic concept forward. If we can hit 20,000 likes and shares, it proves there is genuine appetite for the idea. From there, we might actually have the leverage to trigger a meaningful referendum.

Forgive the intrusion, but we only want to reach our retirement years in peace and ensure our children actually stand a fighting chance.

I hope you grasp the intent behind this request. Please share this letter with your members; I suspect most will find themselves in agreement with this initiative. Many of them feel betrayed as well—there are still those among them who possess a sense of morality and a genuine desire for progress.

PS: I posted this late tonight rather than during business hours specifically so nobody could claim I was cheating the system. Cheers. Please feel free to share if you find this worthwhile.

Who exactly do you think is laughing here?
People didn't even bother showing up for early elections back when the Prime Minister got caught with his hand in the cookie jar and ended up behind bars.
Don't sweat it, though. There are way too many deadbeats living off the taxpayer, and everyone else is too busy hitting the local dive bars or losing their shirts at the sportsbook to care.

But there isn't much you can do. You're essentially paralyzed as long as one side holds a massive 77-seat supermajority in Congress.

No matter how hard the Republican Party tries or how well-organized their protests are, they can't dismantle this current administration right now. Even the Democratic Party couldn't touch them back when the previous leadership held that same 77-seat advantage.

Without that kind of overwhelming majority in Congress, you simply cannot topple a government unless you resort to a coup d'état. And I am firmly against that—democracy and the constitutional order have to be our foundation. I know we’re stuck dealing with this for another two years, but that's just the hand we've been dealt.
If we tear down the constitutional order, we’ve lost everything. We have to endure them for the remaining two years, unless they end up imploding on their own.
I don't like a single thing about this administration, but I won't support overthrowing the system. There is the Constitution, there are the laws, and there are elections held at the scheduled times. That is the only way things work.

The problem is that Americans haven't realized yet that pressure for early elections shouldn't be a group effort—it needs to be targeted at individual representatives.
You identify the specific number of votes needed to flip the script—focusing on those who are the weakest links in the chain—and months before a major vote of confidence, citizens start putting the squeeze on them directly.
Write to your congressman.🙂

I find myself in complete agreement with this article.

And regarding the core issue: what is the point of tearing down the current administration if you have no viable alternative to step into their shoes? What would that second, superior option even look like? Perhaps we ought to be asking a different question entirely: does the United States actually possess enough capable, honest individuals who haven't already been compromised by the political machine, yet still possess the genuine desire to transform this country into a functional place to live...

See, here in the States, we actually have local congressmen, but over in our system, they function more like party mouthpieces. It’s because we aren't really voting for individuals; we're voting for entire party lists.

That means there isn't really anyone to write to personally. Their seat in the next session doesn't depend on how much the public likes them; it depends entirely on their loyalty to the Party leadership and whether the boss decides to put them high up on the ballot.

If someone tries to go rogue, they get kicked off the list and their political career is effectively dead in the water.

Taylor Vaughn8 said:Judging by the comments here, it looks like this administration is driving everyone absolutely insane. Honestly, I don't think Americans have been this divided or argumentative in the last twenty years, and it all stems from how the Democratic Party's statements and actions have stirred up so much unrest in our society. What’s happening in the U.S. right now is a massive danger and incredibly damaging to our people. It isn't just that Democrats are tearing us apart; our economy is tanking too. Unemployment is creeping up across the country, more citizens are struggling just to make ends meet, and there's zero sign of any positive momentum. I really don't understand why we should have to put up with this anymore. It’s already been two years; we gave them plenty of time, and they haven't done anything intelligent—just pure destruction. Because of that, I truly believe we have every right to demand resignations from those in charge and organize new early elections.

If people are actually on board with protesting, I’d suggest setting it for December 4th. That would mark exactly two years since the Coalition took power. Back in 2011, we had the elections. In my view, we've given them enough runway to actually accomplish something. Now, it’s time for a change. Look, if a government fails to meet public expectations, they should be replaced immediately. We should apply that logic to every single party until we finally land on the right leadership. That ought to become standard practice in the U.S., just like it has been for a long time in other civilized nations. Politicians need to realize they are there to serve the people, not to act superior or arrogant and lecture everyone else on how to behave.

I know, I know—you guys are going to come at me, calling me a Republican or a nationalist or whatever. Unfortunately, no matter who you are, you’re never going to satisfy everyone. But believe it or not, my only real concern is that Americans are happy and living in peace. I couldn't care less about the Republican Party, the Democratic Party, or any of those other fraudulent outfits. I'm not blind; I can see the heavy-handed manipulation being pushed on the American people by both domestic and foreign actors. But no amount of manipulation can last forever.

I dream of the day when we get a fresh, normal political party led by actual, normal human beings. But in this country, that's basically science fiction. That's why we need to constantly push back and tear down failing governments until the right one finally arrives.

Let's decide here when we're going to get these protests organized. Throw out your suggestions.

And obviously, we need to keep the protests peaceful and respectful!

It would be better to organize a referendum on something concrete that actually drives economic progress☕..

Look, I know exactly what we need. I’ll give you a real-world example from my own life. I just launched a small manufacturing startup. It’s still in the "diapers and wipes" stage—very early days—but hey, I’m out there making moves! And honestly, the feedback so far has been incredibly positive.
The real headache for me right now is the massive amount of money being handed over to the government through taxes and those payroll contributions I'll be needing very soon. In this early phase, I'm pouring everything into heavy machinery, equipment, raw materials, plus dealing with sales and marketing hurdles while trying to get the wheels turning. It feels like running a marathon with a backpack full of bricks. I truly believe it would be a game-changer if the government just stayed off my back for at least two years. Imagine if a new business was totally exempt from all federal and local taxes during that window. It’s nearly impossible to hire your first employee when you're already struggling, only to hand almost their entire paycheck straight back to the IRS.

I really think that kind of move would supercharge the economy. Just let new companies and entrepreneurs breathe for a little while! Let us build some momentum, earn a profit, and actually feel the win of our hard work... then they can come knocking for their cut later just like everyone else. But when they start squeezing you from day one? That’s when they turn a difficult start into a total disaster. If I go under because of the overhead, then all they'll have left is $0.00 of me.

I mean, 🙄

so you'd open a new company to compete with existing ones, and all you want is for the Government to leave you alone while they keep taxing your competitors 🙂...
Wouldn't it be nice if there were even a little financial incentive coming from the competition's pockets, too?

No government is ever going to step down, regardless of whether people take to the streets peacefully or things get a little heated... They wouldn't care about the protests at all, and honestly, even if the White House were being bombed in the middle of a war, they’d only emerge once the dust settled just to scurry off into some new hiding spot like rats...

It really doesn't matter which party holds the reins...

It feels like a lifetime ago, back when that country was falling apart because the Prime Minister had to step down after realizing he was completely out of his depth... The US Congress refused to pass his budget, and there was this one political party that operated under such rigid democratic centralism—just a single, echoing thought—and I can't help but wonder how things ever got to that point...

Joe Biden, along with those other political figures, could honestly just tell everyone in the US Congress to strip down and run laps around Saint Mark's... at their own pace, of course. Now that we actually have a democracy, anything is possible...

Things have changed so much lately...
I really don't want to get dragged into some deep ideological debate right now, because honestly, it all feels like the same old story with them and their predecessors...
