Good to know. Is that the one where Van Damme was dating the soccer player? I'll check it out.

Watched it yesterday. Pretty good, I guess...
some great dialogue...lead actress was solid 🙏

It’s entertaining enough.
I have zero complaints about Chrystal—she was far too good for this movie.
A brilliant critique of that mindless, spoon-fed aggression—the kind where you don't even grasp the purpose behind the rage. That dialogue between Chrystal and Athena was top-tier, especially when Athena starts acting like everything is somehow Chrystal's fault. 🤣
Though, I will say, once those two finally face off, the film devolves into some sugary nonsense about who’s more important.
For me, the standout moment? That exchange between Chrystal and the National Guard commando. Absolute perfection.

The correct term would be "narrower."

👍
I’ve been completely overtaken by this phallic collective mindset—really?

What a great movie. Honestly, it’s about time someone finally poked some fun at those left-liberal types; it feels like they're always the ones being targeted by conservatives and right-wingers. I really appreciated how the humor felt so effortless and laid-back rather than forced.

It’s essentially just one big, 85-minute sensory overload, packed tight with enough action to keep you from having to actually think too hard about anything.
With everything being shut down lately, I suppose this kind of mindless entertainment is exactly what we need to pass the time...

Not bad, actually. 😁
Main actress's facial expressions are kind of goofy—not sure if she’s always like that or just for this role.
I dig how they fleshed out the whole tortoise and hare thing, especially how the rabbit ends up getting hammered for revenge. 😬
That's why she decided to take them both out; she knows she won't be safe if they get away, so she dealt with the rabbit before he even had a chance to strike back. 😬

I feel like she was playing the tortoise role while everyone else was being the "rabbit," so they basically didn't give her any chance to pull off an ending like the one in her story

In the first half of the movie, Emma Roberts was really the only familiar face I spotted, though she exited the story pretty quickly. I have to say, I actually found the lead actress who remained quite charming. Overall, the film was an enjoyable way to pass the time, and I'll leave it at that.

The rich folks are the bunnies here. She’s more like a tortoise. 😛

Good grief, the director spends six months in isolation and suddenly he’s indispensable? Now Hilary Swank needs rehab, a month of charity work, and everyone else is just an afterthought.

I wasn't really feeling this one. The movie owes its entire identity to The Hunt, but things move way too fast. It felt like everyone just killed each other off in the opening act, leaving me just sitting there waiting for the resolution.
The characters were pretty thin; most of them die off so quickly that it barely feels like a movie about Crystal anymore.
That group of wealthy elites—maybe they deserved a few more minutes of screen time to actually feel like people...
From a writing standpoint, the train sequence and the whole bit about arriving at the camp felt unnecessary and honestly a bit dull.
The movie could have worked much better as a simple story about the wealthy hunting the poor. We could have seen more of the hunters themselves; even the little bit we got of them was actually quite good.
That scene in the convenience store was ten times better than all those sequences on the train, in the car, or arriving at the military camp. If that kind of tension works so well, why not give more scenes like that some breathing room?
The fight at the end dragged for me, and overall, I found the whole Crystal vs Athena narrative to be pretty underwhelming...
