Hey

So we're selling our house and I just listed it on all the major real estate sites. Out of nowhere, I get this email from an American soldier stationed in Iraq who wants to buy the place... but there's a catch. He wants us to handle the transaction so he can move his money over to Rhode Island. This guy is talking about millions upon millions of dollars. He even brought up the Red Cross. Has anyone else ever dealt with an offer like this before?😕

That’s just pure nonsense—straight-up spam. Look, if you’re bored enough to mess around with something like Steam, go for it... but the second they start asking you to cough up some cash upfront just so they can "process" your funds or whatever excuse they cook up? That’s when you know it’s a scam.

Every once in a while, I get hit up with these "money opportunities"... apparently, I’m some sort of multi-billionaire now—can you believe it? Right this second, I'm supposedly waiting on an $800,000 wire transfer from someone via a Google email address... they claimed they were picking winners, and somehow, I'm the lucky one. But here's the catch—they want me to send them $600 first.
-Don't you dare send a single cent... seriously, not even if you were desperate... you'd be better off using that money to hire a tutor for English lessons instead.
I actually had a similar thing happen when I was trying to sell some land; they tracked me down online... it's all the same racket.
