🙂🙂Wow, Vienna! Honestly, if we could all just get together and align the stars for once, life would be easy. Cheers to that!

Look, I work to make money. If I put in the hours, I get paid accordingly 😍
And if the paycheck is big enough, I can afford to travel 😍
If everything lines up just right, I’ll be heading to Vienna very soon 😍

And yeah, I'm totally bragging 🙂

That’s a long trek—don't go wearing yourself out! Or you could just grab a flight from Vienna IT.

P.S. And please—don't you dare try to make any comparisons to... well, you know!

Haha, fair enough. If that’s the case, I suppose I’ll just keep my head down and get back to work—though if you could perhaps grace us with a charming little snapshot instead of another postcard from Vienna IT, I certainly wouldn't complain. 😍

Cheers, though I'm fairly certain Jessica Grant56 will end up joining us for a drink eventually... 🙂

Alright, enough typing for now—time for the working class to buckle down and get after it! Just a little longer and maybe they'll actually give us a decent raise on what we're already pulling in.

Exactly. We aren't giving an inch, and that's that.
Here’s my attempt at a smile, for what it's worth... 🤣

Hey everyone—how’s it going? To all my fellow hard workers out there: are you feeling like you're grinding away for peanuts lately? Because if you are, it honestly feels like things are either staying the same or just getting worse. It’s like we take one step forward and two steps back! (!?!?!?)

I have a question for the veterans here: if an employee goes on disability after being out on long-term medical leave, I’d really like to pay them a severance package. But honestly, I’m a little lost on how much that actually works out to once you factor in taxes and all those other deductions. Should I just stick to the base amount of $2.75? Or is there room to be a bit more generous? He’s been with the company for 10 years total.

I figured I’d ask here first, so I don't bother anyone who might not know the specifics of payroll laws...

Here comes a representative of the proletariat, totally clueless... 🙂
Just give him everything you've got, specifically the $2667 (tax-free).

Let me answer that for you right now—you should also include $0.50 service awards (since he hit that 10-year mark)

Thanks Vlad and the CIA, but honestly, it’s a lose-lose situation no matter how you look at it! They don't leave you alone while you're working, and they don't give you any breathing room when you're sick either. I can't even imagine what happens when we pass away—do they actually provide anything then? I highly doubt it. They probably just make a note of it: "one less problem to deal with..."

☕Ugh, excuse me while I grab a quick coffee... I’ve been procrastinating like it’s my full-time job lately. Honestly, I am running away from my books like they're haunted. My productivity levels have hit an all-time low—basically zero. ☕ I’m still lurking here every single day, though. Seriously, I don't think a day goes by where I haven't clicked on Poduzet,rač... search! In the meantime, I’ve just been busy baking cookies and making homemade tortellini from scratch. And yeah, there is flour on basically everything I touch right now 😍, so if anyone's hungry...

Happy December to everyone, despite all the holiday madness and the chaos—pardon my language—but we really need to address this... The insanity (and I don't just mean the mall crowds) is officially starting!

I won't drag this out too long... but when closing down a retail spot, who actually needs to be notified? The space is owned by the corporation, and we’re just keeping it as a warehouse site...

From what I've seen—and believe me, I've learned the hard way—the answer is an absolute YES. A friend of mine closed his small business, an MP, and he ended up getting hounded for ages because he hadn't filed the right paperwork or notified the right people... It's not the exact same situation, obviously, but you can never be too careful when dealing with those guys.

Thanks, Jessica... honestly, I think I'll just draft up a formal letter to the Department of Commerce since they were the ones who issued the MTU for that space anyway...
